We had a great time. Easy to get to form Q-Park De Griend, quiet and near the station. Service was top notch. Baby bed costs extra, but was prepared for us. We will come back for sure!

The only thing I didn't like about it it didn't have a refrigerator in the room

Walking distance to market and restaurants was close. Only issue we had was airconditioning is unable to be set below 20 degrees so was quite stuffy in room. Could ask for key to open window however key was missing when we asked so unfortunately had an uncomfortable night sleep. Otherwise bathroom facilities were excellent and room serviced daily.

A beautiful, atmospheric hotel where you'll feel transported to a cinematic setting of yesteryear. This hotel is highly recommended. The 1920s Art Deco style is beautiful, atmospheric, and uniquely executed. If you're a film fan (like me), it's a wonderful place to be. Great location but the staff on front desk are very slow and unfriendly. Oh and you have to buy toilet paper and coffee pods after you use 2 rolls and 4 coffee pods - they are not restocked. I think that is unsatisfactory at the price you pay for the accommodation

Great location. 15 by (rental) bike to center of Maastricht, next to golf course, on-site wellness resort. Well appointed apartments and superb cityhouses.

We absolutely loved our stay at dormio. Rooms - Generously sized and the beds were very comfortable. 15 of us stayed in a 20 person house and had ample space! Also, the sauna and BBQ were an epic inclusion. Location - nestled on the outskirts of Maastricht, the area is quite quiet and is a good 45 minute walk from the city. Bus links are nearby and driving take about 10 minutes. Facilities - everything...

The place was great but the staff and the rules were not. First one bathroom had no toilet paper and the other less than half a roll. I asked for some and they acted as if I was lying and gave me 1 roll and said when I was out I had to go buy some. That is not a “resort” normality. They also charge you a cleaning fee at check in but require you take out the trash (okay), load the dishwasher (fine)...

Just outside maastricht...a 15 min walk to bus stop ideal location and lovely resort. Staff we met friendly and efficient

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and is located in a green location just outside of Maastricht. Unfortunately we were welcomed during check-in by Ferdinand who clearly had a bad day.He was not so friendly, and agitated to guide an intern. Despite all of this we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. What we enjoyed most was our diner at Bistro Els. Amazing food and friendly service...

Fantastic location, lovely hotel room, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings!! One tip: the carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms needs replacing. Otherwise, a place to return to!!👍😃🎉

We stayed at this venue because we were attending a wedding there. It’s not very convenient if you don’t have car and transportation to town is limited. We were not big fans of having to go to a special ironing room to iron our clothes. A bit stingy for the price: they do not clean the room or give you coffee pods during your stay.

Considering the price, we expected a bit more. The room was small, with no bath and no refrigerator. For that price, we expected a bit more.

Great Hotel in a wonderful old Château and a amazing park around. To the city of Maastricht about 25 minutes by bicycle. We missed a kettle and some coffe/tea and a fridge in the room. apart from this a very nice, modern room and a good breakfast. Try the bistro in the historic part of the hotel with high quality dishes.

Excellent hotel on a very nice location in Wyck, very close to shops and restaurants and to the train station. Our room (4) on the first floor was small but clean and very efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a joy to have an aperitif in the bar and to have a good breakfast in the beautifully decorated new dining room. We will certainly go back to Alex Maastricht a next time

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the city centre, with parking nearby and a train station close by, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, stylish, and spacious, and we felt very comfortable there. Exactly as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and newer decor. Close to Maastricht train station and an easy 10 min walk to the town historical center. Hôtel checkin is in the bar/restaurant on main floor and quite easy. Lot’s of restaurants, cafe and other retail close by.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Maastricht. We were in Room 17 which was right at the top of the hotel. Lots of stairs and no lift. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you need. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and our meals were missing the accompanying sides that went with them. We did mention it to the waiter, but there seemed to be some confusion over it. Not a Bad Stay This is basically a restaurant/bar with rooms upstairs. There is no formal “check-in” desk; you just belly up to the bar and check in. Room is basic. A little overpriced for such basic amenities, more like a pension than a hotel; no phone, no mini fridge, no complimentary coffee or tea or kettle in room (kettle upon asking and tea available at the bar). My particular room was very small...

Not an easy hotel for someone with walking needs, (which I did declare in my original application). However the staff were EXCELLENT, especially when I arrived and had payment struggles. The room was clean, but the level of noise was unacceptable (a generator??).

Ideal location, right opposite the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful. Small room, coffee/tea making machine in room is not provided as standard (you have to pay for this) and also need to pay for water bottles in room. For one night stay it is manageable as shops are round the corner.

The lobby and front desk staff were very nice. Due to a system issue, my reservation wasn't confirmed, so I didn't end up staying there, but they helped us find another hotel closer to the city center.

It was very good! It was very clean and I was very satisfied with my stay. The interior of the room was also beautiful, and there were no issues with the bathroom, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Very close to train station, convenient for those only staying for the night or transit. Also walkable distant to the city sights. We are happy with this stay.

This hotel was very cute… The decor, the style. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t delightful. Staff very helpful. It had all the amenities you could lead. You could ask for anything if it wasn’t in your room they had water.

The room was spacious and spotless, had a great night sleep. The honesty bar was a hit. Sadly we only stayed one night, would have loved to stay longer. Location was great too!

The room wasn't cleaned the second day, and there were no fresh towels due to environmental reasons!

There is dust smell in the room despite being cleaned once by the house keeping.

Nice Property The hotel was wonderful but for one problem: the lack of hot water for the morning shower. The hotel is in a great location, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our room (9) was reached by 4 flights of stairs. In the room was a 12 foot steep stair case to the bathroom. There is a step up bath. I’m 65 not easy! Upon check out I was asked to pay but had already done so. Those precious minutes trying to sort that out made us miss our train. No apology given. There was nothing that was a trouble to all the staff. After an initial problem with the room for 3 of us it was sorted even though it was a busy time very courteously. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The host, Marcel, is great to work with. Very friendly. The building and room are charming, cozy and quiet even though only a 1 minute walk to the center of town. There are special check in procedures, so call ahead.

Maastricht’s Hidden Diamond A remarkable boutique hotel with only seven rooms. Rooms are very hip and stylish as is the check in process. Our host met us at the door as we entered into a magical 1600 ‘ building with original small wooden spiral staircase. Stylish room with everything needed. Best of all is location ! Would return! Location is fantastic. Everything about this property was wonderful. Stairs are tight but we had wonderful help getting our suitcases up to our room.

A Hotel beyond Chain Hotels with a warm welcome. Housekeeping Team could be more friendly and could more take note at a stay of 3 Nights. For older people with a light disabled walking, some rooms are not recommandable, especially with luggage upwards the old Stairs. No Lift is available. If you travel by car, theQ-Park is only a 50 meters walk, but for 3 days 85€ is Like you have buyed the parking...

We enjoyed our stay in ‘zenden, studio 1’. We have stayed here a few times before. It is an excellent starting point for a city trip to Maastricht. When you travel by car there is a (payed) parking garage nearby. Maastricht has a lot of cafés and restaurants in every style.

Hi Loved our break in Maaestricht and of our highlight was Andre’ concert. However felt it was important to feed back our disappointment of quality of rooms and our stay. First of all fridge was not in working order for 3 days, no gesture of offering bottles of cooled water as temperature was so hot. On asking (day2 if we could put water in one of fridges in foyer we were told okay but not normal...

We booked two rooms and were quite satisfied with our stay. Although one room didn’t have air conditioning, a fan was provided, which made it manageable. The hotel’s location near the city center was very convenient and made it easy for us to explore and travel around the city. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We stayed at the third level, the room was clean but very warm. Also the noise from the street was very clear to hear, even with the window shut. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was here for the cocktails. Safe to safe couldn’t get enough of them. My friend and I tried 5-6 cocktails and all of them were great! Nice place to go on a Saturday night. The tables are a bit too small and it can get a bit noisy but other than that good times!

The room is very close to the Macheng Railway Station, about a five-minute walk from the station. You can get there by following the navigation. The introduction says that the room has a kitchen (but it actually doesn't). The front desk management is chaotic, and there were questions and troubles during check-in and check-out due to fees, which required some communication! The advantage is the geographical...

I stayed there about 10 years ago and since I had a good experience I thought I would try it again. My stay this time was as nice as the first time. They updated the room decors, of course. Breakfast is expensive, like in all hotel, but they can accommodate you with gluten free bread if you a dietary restrictions.

A nice place right at the centre. It might be too central because some parties are happening in the streets even during the weekday.

A very nice and cozy hotel, beautifully located in the city center. Friendly staff. The breakfast is simple, but tasty and sufficient (scrambled eggs and bacon are cooked for you). Also very important...the coffee...delicious!! The only thing I missed was a small refrigerator. I would consider staying here again if I ever find myself in Maastricht.

My mother and I spent one night in a wonderful bed. The shower is open to the bedroom, but we don't mind seeing each other naked. The toilet is separate with a door. It's clean and cozy, decorated with antique furniture. The breakfast was also good. And ideally located in the city center near the Vrijthof square.

The check-in and check-out desk was poorly staffed. The room was poorly furnished. The shower and toilet were very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The top room required a steep climb up a poorly accessible staircase.

A great location. When you arrive, you have to check in at a kiosk, which didn't go very smoothly. But after a quick phone call, it was sorted out in no time.

Very nice reception guy , it is not his job because you have to check-inn by yourself ,  but he helped us out ..Rooms are a bit old and must be updated. We understand what they like todo with the old furniture but this can be done better. The small carpet(?) in the front of the bed was not clean and full of dirty spots. The floor had a lot of wear and tear, TV is not big, more laptop size and our remote...

Hotel St. Jacob is a nice, clean, and charming hotel in the city center for a reasonable price. The city center makes it very noisy, too noisy to sleep. It's practically impossible to reach by car. On our arrival day, there was no reception staff present, and we had to go to another branch to check in. So, a beautiful hotel with some drawbacks.

The stay was very inconvenient because it took a lot of time to open the room. Due to the check-in system after checking in, no confirmation email was received, so the room could not be opened. And tried to contact the hotel back, it turned out that the hotel was not interested. There is no elevator either. If you carry a big bag, you will definitely die. The weather is very cold.
