We stayed in the Directors room one of the largest and it was absolutely unbelievable extra spacious and finished with incredible attention to detail. The staff truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. We enjoyed a 5 course dinner with 6 people easily worthy of at least a Michelin star. We have stayed in many hotels while visiting the Netherlands and this without question the best we have experienced. An absolute must stay if you are visiting Roermond

The Caught in Luxury package is highly recommended. We were very graciously received. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The sleeping cage was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The 7-course menu with wine pairings was fantastic. Your taste buds are always challenged, and the dishes are a feast for the eyes. The wine selection is completely customized. We loved this arrangement.

What a wonderful hotel. A friendly welcome, a discreet escort to our room. A bit of information about the hotel was given. The room was excellent, fully furnished. The breakfast was excellent, a filling start to the day. We booked a room for three days and two nights. Definitely a hotel to remember, according to the lovely people on the arrest team.

We stayed here for just one night at the end of our road trip through Europe, and what a fantastic way to finish our journey! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava and friendly staff.

The hotel itself is unique. Our room was absolutely fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer.

The service throughout was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, especially since it was our wedding anniversary. They made it feel truly special, and we’re so grateful for their thoughtful gestures.

The hotel is also in a great location, right in the heart of the beautiful town of Roermond, with convenient parking at the back of the property.

Room 3/5: I was room 9
Rooms on the ground floor or facing the car park, the sound insulation is very poor. There is also too much light in the morning, as you can see in the picture taken at 7:30am. The curtains are not effective.

A truly beautiful hotel with an exclusive setting. Spacious rooms, and it's very peaceful in the heart of the city.
There was no room in the restaurant, but next time we'll make a reservation for the restaurant.
The breakfast was delicious.

I totally agree with the majority of the reviews. The Hotel is very beautiful with an excellent location to explore the surroundings on foot. All the staff were professional and kind. The private parking is very useful. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you all so much.

Lovely hotel with a fun theme. Service is excellent and easy private parking onsite. The rooms are a little noisy, but not a big problem. Breakfast is great, but I didn’t eat for dinner as it’s only set menus. It looked good, but if you’re not so hungry, there’s plenty of restaurants in the area.

I have stayed here before and if you ignore the fact is is a converted prison it’s a very average hotel that thinks it much more. Need sound proofing between rooms.
