A lovely hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Het Paleis. But above all, the team that runs this hotel makes all the difference. They're incredibly helpful, especially when something goes wrong, like an accident. Then they're truly there for you, and you're never alone! Hats off to these people!

There were many nearby shops and restaurants. Several museums were within easy walking distance.

Beautiful room and lobby, a few stains on bedsheets but otherwise a very clean hotel with great interior design choices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, though I was not given a physical key card upon arrival and relied on an app for a few days. The app stopped working late in the evening and I was locked out of the hotel. I received a physical key card the next morning.

The location is great! All in all, a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

My stay at the Paleis hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, quiet, and privacy is respected by all. The situation of the hotel is excellent, as it allows you to explore The Hague's best food offerings, is close to museums and galleries, and public transport such as the tram in case you want to travel to the beach or other areas of the city.

The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in.

We wanted an Aperol, they don't have it and so they suggested a drink which is close- he said. It wasn't. Way too sweet!! Especially when you expect a bitter drink.
Also the chairs are dirty as hell.

Food at the Gouden Hooft is delicious! I've eaten there twice. The first time the chicken sate and yesterday fish and chips. As a caribbean girl I would prefer my fish to have a bit more flavour and spices, however that's a personal preference. The ambiance and decor is warm and the staff is welcoming!

A fancy restaurant to celebrate something special, the food was good and the menu was worth it. It's definitely a place that you can go if you're looking for an intimate and cozy atmosphere at night. ✨

The lunch we had was great, the serving however was not 'up to par'...
The kitchen 'took their time' and one of the right orders was misplaced at another table...
The ensuing apologies weren't doing any good in way of sincerity...
Very much a pity of a venue like this of long standing, great ambiance and location.
