At our arrival at 15.00 the room was ‘t available yet although this is the check in time mentioned on the website. Elegantly solved by the staff by offering a drink on the house. Next morning: no water at all available in the bathroom for shower and sink due to low water pressure. Expensive breakfast: I recommend going to Anne and Max opposite the hotel. After coming back from breakfast still no water which gave you the feeling you are in a very poor country somewhere . Of course a discount on your next stay does not really solve this unhappiness

Recommended for any and all new or exchange students attending and settling in to TUDelft for the first time. Especially recommended if student housing only allows moving in after initiation programs.
Room was great, stuff worked. Bea, Sarah and Kleon were very helpful. My room’s induction cooker had a row of LEDs not working and they replaced the whole unit, even offering me free meal and breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. Would stay again.

This is a great choice if you need something centrally located to public transport and not too expensive. The room is comfortable though basic, and the service is good. Not fancy, but excellent at what it does. The free laundry was a very nice convenience!

It's great experience as place mix hotel, permanent room renting, co-working spaces, leasure areas and get together spaces like gym, ping-pong, projector (saw Spanish La Liga match there!) etc.
Hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable.
One small minus is the quite tricky variable light intensity control.
Breakfast in the bar is nice and tasty.
All is topped with very friendly staff.

My stay at the Hampshire Hotel in Delft was mixed. The location is convenient, but parking is very difficult, which adds some frustration if you’re traveling by car.
The staff were inconsistent — some were friendly and helpful, while others seemed less attentive, so service really depended on who you dealt with. The rooms themselves were quite small and felt dated, both in design and amenities, and could benefit from an update to match modern expectations.
Overall, the hotel works if you need a basic place to stay, but it leaves you wanting more in terms of comfort and consistency.

This was a great hotel…super close to the historic centre of Delft yet easily accessible from the motorway. Staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms had fun decor and good amenities.

Close to center of town and freeway access. Parking is a problem: restricted access to parking lot and garage is expensive. Our room had a very small bathroom with clumsy access to the shower.
