The staff service was somewhat cold. As for the rest, I've already commented on it in another review. They could improve the facilities and room, and do better maintenance, to be considered a 4-star hotel. It's a non-smoking hotel, but I found cigarette butts on the terrace, so the room is just as contaminated.

For a hotel rated 4 stars, the room and facilities could be significantly improved; they were somewhat neglected and poorly maintained. Although the lady preparing breakfast was attentive, the buffet, while seemingly varied, was processed. The crepes and other items were packaged, not homemade.

Great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.
The "quiet room" turned out to be less quiet.
The rooms apparently have different layouts; ours had a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The room itself was very nice.
The bathroom sink was a small hand basin, nice for a toilet, but far too small for the bathroom.
The toilet seemed child-sized, much too low for an adult. Furthermore, the light sensor was hopeless; every 20 seconds you had to wave your arms to activate the light – very inconvenient and unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay, the three-room room was super spacious, the beds were great and the bathroom was spacious and with lovely products. The staff were very friendly.

It is also a 4-star hotel listed by Ctrip. There are no toiletries, no slippers for taking a shower, and no bath towels in the bathroom. To be more polite, the quality of the bedding is not just bad, it is very poor. The overall facilities are not as good as those of domestic homestays. I really doubt Ctrip's rating standards?

The hotel environment is very good. It is close to a river outside. It is close to the station and the central square, and it is very convenient to travel. The room is large and clean. Because it is on the first floor, there is a courtyard where you can go out to drink tea and chat. The owner of the hotel is a Chinese. He is very warm and friendly. He told us some local customs. It feels very kind. I hope his hotel business is prosperous!

Very satisfied! The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the train station. The room is large and the view is beautiful. It is also very quiet at night. I like it very much!
