Booked directly with the motel (Sandy) who was really helpful. Its a no frills but inexpensive accommodation Great for a couple of nights. Bed is comfortable and the motel has a full communal kitchen. There's off street parking although its quite tight.
Location wise brilliant on a bus route and a 5 minutes walk to Ellerslie train station and town ship centre. Ideal for Mount Smart stadium 666 GSR business area.

A very spartan room and subject to cafe cooking smells and road traffic noise, but Sandy was very nice. If you need a place to sleep overnight on a budget, it is ok.

Work and income residents rent there that explains the bad smell, which I don't like. Sandy is the best with her customer service and friendly to talk to.

Room quality is what you would expect for a more budget friendly motel, but very clean and tidy! Great location, short walking distance to the train. What really made the stay 5-star was the owner Sandy going above and beyond, exceptionally friendly and easy to do business with, 6-star service! Thanks again, Isaac.

The rooms are very clean n tidy.... the king bed is divine!! The duty manager of the day was so helpful and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone that wants a little secluded, peaceful night or two!!

*They don't have enough parking spaces.
*The room doesn't have airconditioning, especially now its summer, its hot as hell inside the room. They provided tower fan but its still not enough. *They don't have soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. *Its always smells cigarette in the stairs. Very Limited Services. We will not come back again! We're not satisfied!

Good place to stay, I attended a concert & it's in walking distance to the staduim. There wasn't any drinking glasses or plates but has a microwave & toaster in the room. We only stayed 1 night so didn't really matter. Clean & tidy room. We even had 2 fresh water bottles in fridge which was nice. Would stay again.

Was a very quick stay for work, clean tidy room with good tv, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Will stay again.
