I stayed here with a group of students. Very clean and very hospitable staff! Very easy to deal with from booking to checking out. Lovely rooms and easy parking. Close to everywhere we needed to be. The toiletries and biscuits were also a nice touch. I will certainly be back!

A little dated interiors but otherwise well equipped. Could use a fresh air ventilation system in some of the rooms instead of just heat pumps

Check-in very smooth. Appreciated the help with my luggage 🧳 as I had back issues. Made sure to check if I needed a clean and very helpful regarding being able to leave my bag to pick up later. Very impressed with cleanliness and very comfortable bed. Will certainly recommend and stay again if I need to.

Bolliwood takapuna- Three stars because the food was good otherwise one star for the cleanliness.. tables outside Needed a wiped down and received dirty plates .was disgusted when The lady just flicked something off my daughters plate then walked off instead off offering us clean plates.

Food is Ok,worth while trying!!!. Not that what you love to have each weekend. Occasionally Yes. Menun is diverse.
One thing to improve is serving style. Sometime I observed meal are scattered across plate (lunch especial)
