Loved this place. Was close to where we needed to be. Older motel but was immaculately clean and tidy. Had everything you would need. Aircon in the room. Good size fridge, nice comfy bed The owners were very very good. Friendly, welcoming. We will def be staying here again when we are back in Auckland.

No covering on kitchenette window, outside light shined in ALL night making room so light I was unable to sleep at all. Reception always closed

Room/building outside is being renovated. First day both two bath towels had hair on them

The shower had a drip and found it hard to sleep because the light from outside made the room to light to sleep. Needs to have a blind on the kitchen window.

Had a nice stay, bed was comfy and room had everything we needed (cooking facilities, AC)

It‘s a bit noisy as the windows are not the best and there‘s a lot of traffic day & night.

Handy location, good sized unit, clean and tidy.

But, the WC was very small and the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly.

A very nice hotel, clean and tidy, with attentive and warm service. They personally escorted us to our room, checked the heating and air conditioning, and introduced us to the surrounding area, including supermarkets and shops. They offer Chinese-speaking staff and you can book directly through travel agencies like Ctrip.

This Motel was so conveniently placed. It was right next to ASB Showgrounds where we were attending the Armageddon Expo. The manager was kind and helpful. We asked about transport to the airport and he organized a taxi for us. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Should have realised when I saw the rate discounted by $30. Stayed here approx 4 years ago and couldn't fault it. This stay however was nothing but full of faults. From the overgrown grass everywhere to the condition of the room. No cutlery or coffee mugs in the kitchenette, the smell of mould when lying in bed, the mouldy bathroom with hairs in the bottom of the shower, rusty light fittings, broken wheel on the oil heater, rotting lampshade. Not very impressed at all. Was unable to sort out a possible refund when I saw the room ad the reception closes at 9pm and there was noone around. They did leave a key out for me tho as I was checking in late....kinda wish they hadnt.

Ok food was pretty good but not the best in Auckland. Also the service here is horrible. We were there and the place was packed but our meals were getting served to other tables as they do not have a good system to deal with the madness. Do not be surprised if you get yelled at by the waitress if you ask why you get served 3 main meals all at once after 20 minutes you order and the other 3 main meals coming another 40 minutes later.

Good Yum Cha place, foods are great. Price reasonable, but very busy during lunch hours, long wait. Crowded space with tables arranged tightly together. Had to rush and finish, wouldn't feel good with loads of people waiting for your space. Great food but would rather go somewhere with less crowd and could relax and take your time

Always First priority is India Gate. A Very Nice place. Food is very Good. I would like to Thank the staff and Manager. The Food was Fabulous and Outstanding Costumer Service. We had great time. Big Thanks to Ms Gagan.

Good place to have long talks but service is not that good. Wuiye slow and food is average... this place is more of appearance than taste.
