Close to the airport, located in quiet area, nice rest after a longhaul flight before continuing my journey.

The hotel facilities are outdated, lack soundproofing, and offer little privacy. Plus, the restaurant is overpriced and the portions are small; my pork chop was 80% bone with hardly any meat. As a transit hotel, it's a poor choice – there are many better options nearby. What's more, my travel companion left a jacket behind, and emails to the hotel went unanswered. I then contacted the hotel through Trip.com, only to be told they hadn't found a jacket, which is quite perplexing...

An old hotel with all amenities provided, room setting is quite simple but complete. Simple breakfast is served, no complains as price is reasonable. They even have a kitchen for us ro cook too.

Very close to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Fast check-in and check-out. Would definitely come back if travelling to NZ and looking for accommodation nearby Auckland Airport. There’s a free shuttle (running every 15 minutes)from the airport to the hotel (both ways) that we used and works very efficiently, it takes 15 min. Drive. Definitely suggested.

The soundproofing in the room was poor, and it's quite far from the city center. It faces a cemetery, though the overall environment isn't bad. All in all, it was just average and not particularly cheap.

Facilities: Mediocre. One of the faucets was broken, and the shower stall was tiny with very low water pressure.

Perfectly fine for an overnight airport stay at a very reasonable rate. Room had been recently renovated but the outside of the place is looking dated and tired.

I was very happy with my stay here as they offer a free pick up and drop off to Auckland Airport which was my main reason for choosing this place.
The rooms were a very good size and in fairly good condition and I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning for just over £8.
