Great stay! Parking was quite tight, and space inside was slightly cramped, but sufficed for a short stay. Was assigned the corner room and enjoyed the 2 balconies it came with. One balcony also had grape vines growing!

Convenient location, only a 15min walk to the centre/3min drive. Value for money!

Great hotel, parking a little tight for big cars, but we had no issues. Down stairs room smelt musty so my daughter slept upstairs on sofa. Walls are thin so you will hear every noise from your neighbours. But I can’t fault the hotel owners and cleanliness of the motel, 100%

Awesome. Hot greeted with Kindness and shown to our room. Very hospitable. Plenty or room inside. Rooms are awesome. Full kitchen. Bathroom has huge shower and spa bath. One of the best spots in Rotorua.

We had a great stay at Brylin Motel. Had been driving down from Auckland with our family and it was such a hot day, so we decided it was best to take an unexpected stop in Rotorua. Looked at some other motels but they didnt have air con. Brylin had air con and was a reasonable price!
We were in Room T, which was spacious, very clean and the air con meant we all had a restful night's sleep. Friendly receptionist.

Will come back next time we're in Rotorua

Comparative to other motels, it is ageing and drive in parking is too small for modern cars. Inside fresh carpet but that is all. Kitchenet does not provide wine a glass.

Outstanding Service & Great Value in Rotorua!

We arrived in Rotorua late (around 8 PM) without a booking, and the online process was seamless and fast. We received prompt instructions on how to access our room, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit that offered everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the unit was remarkably quiet despite the central location. Having a fully equipped kitchen was incredibly convenient, and the spa bath in the bathroom was a fantastic bonus. We also loved having three balconies to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff service. Upon entering, we found that the windows had been left open, and there were quite a few mosquitos inside—a minor issue, but a concern as my youngest has an allergy. The staff member was amazing, immediately bringing us fly spray and showing genuine care. Furthermore, he went above and beyond when I struggled with the tight car park, offering to move my vehicle to a much more accessible area. This level of helpfulness and care was truly lovely.

The motel is well located and offers excellent value for money. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rotorua!
