Rotorua, Lake End Rangiuru Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
it’s alright, simple hotel, a bit old and small with simple amenities. I have only stayed one night so it’s alright.
A decent hotel for the price. Close to a spa and to the lake for long walks
Great hospitality and friendly staff with comfortable relaxing meeting or coffee
Excellent place to stay. This is my 4th time coming over here.
We stayed here during our road trip in NZ. Free parking on site, close to some attractions and town.
We stayed one night at Ibis Rotorura. Rooms were quite old and worn out, but bed was very comfortable. Also very central!

It is very adequate. The bed is comfortable. It is near restaurants.
Very nice, modern and clean hotel next to the main road of Rotorua. There is also more than enough car parking spaces available. Pool facilities looked very good.
Looking at it from outside as I drove around it to get to the front entrance made me doubt my choice, but thankfully they invested the money where it matters: the guest rooms. Spacious, comfy and clean. The breakfast was pretty bad- even my 16yo son, who is basically our food trash can, wouldn’t eat. If you have options, don’t do it. And for me, as a vegan, it was particularly sad- thankfully I had...

Nice Hotel, clean. They make you charge extreme extra for breakfast or morning Coffee on the room

Extremely satisfied with my stay!
Bit more of a motel than an hotel but good location, friendly guy on reception, comfortable beds with lovely cotton sheets, huge bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer and robes. Large bath but definitely not a spa!! Small but nice swimming pool. Unfortunately, no bar or restaurant but facilities in the hotel next door. Good for families with children - playground and mini golf. Would visit again. Impressed...
Impressed with everything! 😊 We'll definitely be back 👍
the new suites are great, spacious and very comfortable.
Honestly, the friendliness and logic of this accommodation beats the 5-star hotels in the bigger cities we stayed in before and after our two nights at Regal Palms. The woman at the desk was SO friendly and the room was SO clean and logical in the spacing and furniture. We didn’t use any of the amenities outside, but we did get some ice from the lobby and advice that made our trip great. Highly recommend...

Location is excellent in centre of Rotorua. Hotel has historic charm, but therefore the rooms are not super new (still OK). The room was quite small. Free and easy parking in the street. Overall a good stay.
A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere- very charming. Brilliant location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Historic hotel located in central Rotorua, great location just minutes away from the visitor information center, restaurants and the lakefront. All the basic amenities were available including coffee pods, hot chocolate and also sustainable amenities such as compostable shower caps.
Nostalgic building with great ambience, in an excellent location.
The hotel is great , heritage feel and quiet. Nicely decorated and the staff are helpful and friendly .. location was nearby CBD , walking distance to eat streat which have lots of restaurant and food choice .neaby parmesan spa as well.
The hotel is beautiful, and comfortable. Staff are very attentive and helpful in every way, from front desk to cleaning the rooms to serving the meals. Sadly the hotels spas and sauna were not functional and the “free” service at the Polynesian was over crowded and full of kids. No towels were supplied and an extra charge is charge to get a towel. But the experience is not overly unpleasant. Location...

I think this hotel was great value for the price we paid. It's literally a 10-15 minute walk from the Te Puia cultural center, which is the reason we fly into Rotorua for the day. 15-minute Uber ride from the airport and back, easy in and out.

We had an overnight stay in a executive suite. The bed was super comfy, the room decor was little outdated but everything was super clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast and the D bar is great space to have a few pre diner drinks.
Hotel is close to the redwoods and Te Puia, and a 5 min drive to the Sir Howard Morrison convention centre.
The hotel's service is full of warmth and sincerity, and the staff are enthusiastic, meticulous, natural and considerate, making people feel comfortable and respected.
The room is large, and it is stress-free for a couple with two kids. The facilities are complete and the service staff are very nice. Parking is convenient, and there is a heated swimming pool and SPA. The hygiene is also very good.
The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful. Traveling alone can be a bit lonely sometimes, but staying here makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. And it is very convenient to drive to the attractions.

Service was good. Had a bit of problems with shower and they had the courtesy to upgrade my room.
The room was big with 2 queen size beds.
Very close to all amenities.
Would recommend to anyone coming to Rotorua.
Awesome hotel, loved our stay. Had a gym onsite. Large spacious room, with excellent beds, it was like "floating on a cloud". Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent food at the Attrium restaurant. Excellent location very close to city central. Value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Only downfall is only being able to get 3 TV channels, otherwise, couldn't fault...
The room was spacious. The Indian front desk staff were arrogant, I don't know where they got their confidence from. The hotel is about a five to six-minute drive from the hot springs. The restaurant opposite the hotel looked good, but we couldn't get a reservation so we didn't eat there. The Chinese restaurant we ended up walking to was surprisingly delicious.
Our second time staying. Lovely comfy clean beds. Shower has great water pressure and a bathtub was a bonus.. We ordered room service and it came promptly and taste great. Aircon was great.
When I used the kettle, water splattered everywhere. There were also spiders in the room, and some of the power outlets didn't work. The room itself was quite spacious, and there was ample parking.
The hotel needs a refresh. Some areas are a bit run-down or even rusty (showers, towel racks…). We had to go to the front desk twice to get towels, and it's impossible to do laundry after 9:30 PM... otherwise, the security guard practically reprimands you…

We recently had a wonderful stay at Jet Park Hotel Rotorua and can highly recommend it. The service from the receptionist was absolutely standout—friendly, efficient, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind.

Old & private hotel with spacious room. Reception service was excellent and giving afew suggested attractions around the area. Overall enjoy the stay here.
The overall stay is pleasant, we have a deluxe room which have two queen to king bed, the space is okay. However, The shower water pressure is not strong enough, it would be great if they provide some plates and more utensils ( like forks, spoons and bread knife), as they only provide coffee service. The view from the room is stunning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
I like that the room is very clean. Front desk staff are very friendly. Restaurant options are very limited. Location is near the busy area but not walkable, you need to have a car
We found our stay here excellent, service was always excellent and our room was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
Poor internet connection. None of request was filled not mentioned what happened to those.

The pillow inners had a smelly. I don't know how long has been changed? The pillow cases look black.
The rooms are styled like a log cabin, and the parking lot is spacious and very quiet. It would be even better if the check-in staff were a bit more enthusiastic. The bathroom sink is a bit small, but it's still perfectly functional.
Not the best, definitely nicer and cheaper around the town! Reception wasn’t the friendliest
We are satisfied to staying here

It was quite nice. The front desk lady was very nice.
Someone made the beds every day. The kitchen was completely clear of cooking fumes. She wrote an apology and taped it to the wall, saying there might be a smell from the previous owner's cooking.
The room had four beds: a double downstairs and a double upstairs, along with two single beds. There was a bathroom downstairs, and a bathtub on the...
Most importantly, the rooms are hygienic and tidy with complete facilities. The receptionist has a friendly attitude. The TV provides more channels than the hotel and the cooking utensils are very complete and neat. Andalmost the same service provided by hotels. No wonder it’s so highly rated and one of the best I’ve stayed at in so many motels. Will continue to book this stay next time.
It's OK. Two rooms, upstairs and downstairs suites, no bathroom upstairs, not very convenient, the floor makes noise when walking upstairs. The room we booked has a private hot spring pool, which is good.
The staff is quite friendly. It is quite spacious for a family of four to stay. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Good~!!
The owner and her cute cat (named Paola) welcomed us. The room was clean and cleaned every day. There were plenty of towels. The shower room was a little old, but the water pressure was strong. However, the hot water was surprised by how cold it was every time because it had to go through cold water first. It was fixed in the bathroom, but I was happy that there were tissues. The bar soap had the soothing...
The room is very large and duplex. It can accommodate 6 people no problem. You can cook and take a hot spring bath. The car can be parked directly at the door of the house. The room was a little tired, but clean. Unfortunately our room (room 14) was in the corner of the property and next to what I assume was the storeroom. The staff were going in and out very early in the morning and were quite noisy. One late afternoon some workmen were parked outside our room loading up their van, again very noisy. Not ideal for people on holiday wanting to relax after a day out...

I want to try and be fair but ultimately this hotel did not suit us. On the plus side our suite was enormous and overlooked the water. As can be seen from the promotional video it is quite old fashioned in style but we expected that. There are a few things which the hotel can't do much about - I think it is fair to say that the lake has a smell of sulphur which you can smell from time to time and...
On the Point is situated right at the tip of a peninsula on Lake Rotorua, well away from the busy town center. The location alone makes this hotel a truly special place. Furthermore, the service was consistently friendly and attentive. We stayed in a luxurious cottage near the main house, which included a spacious bedroom, a private living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Having...
Excellent location. Beautiful grounds and property. Stunning views. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Nice bonus that there are animals on the property. One major goof up — thankfully acknowledged quickly however could have been much more sensitively handled.
On the Point enjoys a stunning position overlooking the lake. For me, it came into its own in the early evening. The sun slowly setting, the water flat calm and a front view seat on the terrace.Magical. We’ve noticed all over New Zealand many spots which just can’t help exuding peace and serenity. This was one of the best in that regard. Our room was a mini suite, well appointed and comfortable....
We booked the Main suite and expected to be blown away - we weren’t. The decor is old fashioned which may be a nod to the history of the place, but we noticed areas where corners appeared to have been cut. The bathroom, for example, was massive but, rather than install a proper shower, a plastic cubicle had been installed in a corner. We also noticed cracked tiles in the room while the tiles on the...
Absolutely excellent in every way. Aptly named with tremendous views of the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful and sorted out our bookings. Auckland to Huka Falls transit hotel, the town is very small and quiet. There is a geothermal park nearby, where you can soak in hot springs. There is no elevator on the second floor of the hotel, which is a key point. We have three big suitcases and it is too tiring. If you have big suitcases, don't stay on the second floor.
Very simple hotel and room facilities, similar to a motel ~ There are few parking spaces, and you can park for free on the street on weekends. The only advantage is that it is close to a street for eating
It is a boutique hotel, the room is quite comfortable, but the bed is relatively soft, slipper toothbrush have to ask the front desk to pick up, but the information writes a children's slipper toothbrush provided, the result is no. The food street is right next door, which is very convenient.
Plus:
1.Good location;
2.Having a hot pool for SPA;
3.Parking is relatively easy.
Minus:
1.Old Capet with smells.
2.At room 14 of my stay, I got insect bites around 3 am in the morning .Which was hurt very badly, so I got up and to search for a balm to reduce that pain. When I checked out, I stressed on this bad feeling to the front desk.

I seldom stay in a motel so it’s a new experience. It is spacious. My room has a double bed and two single beds. It’s tidy and clean. Staff are very friendly. Clean room. Very comfy beds. The outdoor mini pool / bath was awesome after a long day of driving. The smart toilet took a little while to get used to but was ok after a few goes! Location was handy to all the main sites.
This motel was great for us. Very clean, had enough room for us all and the spa was an added bonus. Even better, the beds were very comfy. The kids loved the swimming pool also. Very clean and tidy room. Excellent location, next to Kuirau lake, the free geothermal park with free hot spring foot bath. We had a great walk around after dinner. Wish we could stay there longer.
The room was tiny for a motel not in a big city. There was no space on the floor to open a big luggage. It's the size of a ship cruise room! The small garbage can was on top of the microwave which was on top of the counter.
Clean room, easy check in and friendly staff.
It's basic, but good value for money for the area. Close to the park, so restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk.
Loads of free parking.
Parking was great. Air conditioning fine. The curtains to block out the light absolutely terrible and it is very light at night with all the street lights
