I was trying to call and make a booking at this motel, I am not sure thats the owner or the worker. What pissed me off is that he hang up on my call when im trying to explain that I want to make reservations ! I called the second time thought of he might accidentally hang up but he say out loud " No we are not interested with you finding a job ! " Im trying to explain that I am not here to get a job. Im trying to make a reservation for 6 ROOM ! but then he arrogantly say "GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, WE DONT NEED YOU !! That escalated quickly I suppose. I dont even had the chance to say anything. This is very rude people handle this motel. Dont come here. Such a waste of time for trying to be POLITE and TALK NICELY. He may have nice rooms and what not but attitude? not worth it.

Friendly staff. Rooms were tidy but could do with a good spring clean eg place was vacuumed but pulled out sofa and there were crumbs and beer bottle lids underneath.
Wifi connection not good. Had to wait 10 minutes for a movie to load.
Stairs going to upstairs room is very unsafe. No railings or balustrade.
Other than that, good value for money!

Thermally heated Plunge pool was great. Comfortable beds were just what we needed to get a good night's rest after a long fun-filled day.

Good value for large families. Overall, the services and amenities are okay, but cleanliness needs some improvement.

Loved this place! So far it has been the best accommodation on our trip. The staff were so lovely, the room clean and modern, great location, free access to a washer and dryer. Nice little kitchen area with microwave, sink, kettle in room. Larger shared kitchen area also available however this was a little dated. Car parking space also.

A relatively inexpensive accommodation for families and large groups - especially if splitting the bill which is a real plus for the budget, however do note that the facility is very very basic and only really accommodates making a cup of tea, taking a shower and sleeping so i wouldn't class this place as a cozy or luxury facility.

The bathrooms do need renovating and there should be more than just two tea bags supplied to the guests, however as there is no stove you will find yourself organising food out anyway. Also be aware that there is no fan or AC units available and the rooms get super hot in the summer and this makes sleep rather difficult if you are sensitive to temperatures so you might want to plan ahead

The lady owner was quite helpful and pleasant to deal with and offered to take care of our reservations at local to-do's, however we didn't feel the guy owner was as similarily helpful as he did tell us to go and figure an attraction out for ourselves rather than helping himself which was mildly disappointing.

All up, no major complaints in the end as we were literally there for just a night whilst transiting through Rotorua. Would stay here again if only looking for accommodation.
