Location was great - very close to our friends. The rooms were clean and quite sufficient for our needs over the 5 nights we stayed. We were very surprised at how quiet it is considering its position - we couldn't even hear the traffic and we were one of the closest to the road. The service we received was great, even needed extra help with the tv and this was provided with friendliness and knowledge. We also enjoyed a great deal - I guess due to the length of stay!

Staff were fine but the room (23) was small dark and a bit neglected. To be honest we did pay a really low price but we did choose to leave early.

Grim. Location is handy, but crikey the unit we had is run down. Room stinks, shower head is blocked, bathroom heater doesn’t work, carpet is filthy, and the crockery was grubby. The room we had was apparently “upgraded”, but the place needs scrubbed and bathroom renovated at a minimum. Pretty disappointing experience. On the upside, the heat pump worked better after we cleaned the filter, which was completely blocked,

Super convenient location across the road from the mall, fast food, and supermarket. Very quiet even being in a busy area and on a main road over a weekend. Comfortable warm room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our special needs which we very much appreciated! Recommended and would love to stay here again.

Perfect location, opposite to shopping centre and plenty restaurants are in walking distance. Room was bit small but worked find for us as it got spa too. Staff was really friendly. Place was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Not accessible
I am in a wheelchair so booked the 'Superior accessible unit'. The bathroom was very small and it had very clearly been modified to tick the boxes to make it 'accessible' rather than thought going into how it would function. Would NOT recommend for anyone in a wheelchair!!

Average room, feel small and with hardly any decent size windows. Not well maintained. Location is amazing though being right next to Riccarton mall
