Christchurch, 30 Latimer Square (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Everything met the standards you would expect from a hotel: clean, comfortable, and good service. The two double beds were sufficient for two adults traveling with two children (ages 11 and 6). The location is not in the city center, but it is within walking distance. Hotel parking requires an additional fee, though free street parking is available nearby.
Great location within walking distance to all of those popular tourist attractions and restaurants
The room was quite clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was a bit simple.
The hotel was a bit tricky to find, and locating the parking entrance took quite a while. As for the location, it's acceptable since the city isn't very large, but it's not close to any major attractions, shopping, or entertainment areas. The breakfast, however, was excellent – definitely the biggest highlight.
Hotel location is great and near riverside mkt. The staffs are nice.
Great location.
Room was massive with extra seating near the windows and a California King size bed. Bathroom was also a decent size with great shower pressure.
Parking was included which made visiting convenient snd we were let in and out through automatic sensors.
Cocktails in Bloody Mary’s the bar were also very very good with incredibly knowledgeable and skilled staff.
I’d stay again.

Extremely satisfied! The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient.
Spacious room and conveniently located in city centre. Friendly staff. On site parking is limited but the meter parking is free of charge from 6pm till 9am.
This hotel was great! Even though I had to book it last minute on Trip.com in the middle of the night due to an unexpected situation, the staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The service is warm and friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable.
The room was decent, pretty much what you'd expect from an All Seasons Hotel. It's perfectly fine for a stay.
Great location and spacious rooms, but don't expect much in terms of service. You're pretty much on your own, and there's no airport shuttle.

Good to stay and comfortable bed with delicious breakfast, allow to defer check out half hour after request, free parking is great
The hotel's garden is beautiful, and the location is great. Overall, it's a hotel truly worth experiencing in Christchurch. The cookies they gave us at check-in were delicious.
We arrived in the hotel after long flight. Many pp were standing for check in but staff was super friendly and al went pretty smooth. Hotel has a beautiful garden. We used the bar / restaurant also good. Breakfast was buffet for us and was ok, Nothing special.
Nice room, beautiful environment.
The bath tub had a mark like this and the sound proofing was terrible u could hear from the corridor and all the rooms around us very easilt
Very good environment and facilities. Good for family trip!

Perfect hotel for staying in Christchurch and it’s near the airport. Friendly staff and they provide tennis racket/ pickle ball racket/ Rugby etc for traveller to use.
Convenient location near the airport. Has a bus stop in front of the hotel with busses to Christchurch city center. Great service and friendly staff who walk us to the room as there are several wings in the compound.
The room is spacious although it is slightly dated.

This is a very luxurious and expansive hotel with many rooms. Staff helped us with our luggage to our room, which was quite a long walk. The room itself was huge, featuring a living room, a dining table, and a small door leading to an outdoor area. The surroundings were lovely with plenty of greenery. Breakfast was standard, but the female server in the restaurant had a very poor attitude, acting flippant...
This hotel is perfect for families just landing in Christchurch. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is pretty good too.
The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to spend the day before my departure to Christchurch very comfortably. The shuttle bus to the airport in the early morning was also prompt.

Very tidy room and well laid out.
Room was very clean, hotel staff were friendly, great location to the grocery store, and all sight seeing activities. The local bus picked us up a minute walk from the front of our hotel.
The hotel offered a very nice buffet breakfast with an option for continental. The food was quite good with a variety of eggs, meat, baked goods and fresh fruit.
Beautiful clean room lovely welcome. Had a drink in bar lovely staff. Breakfast we could not fault. Great selection
Great location, handy walking distance to CBD. Very clean and spacious rooms. Restaurant had good meal options and attentive staff, however dining room and bar area is somewhat cluttered with memorabilia.
Highly recommend.
All the windows in the room were drafty, so you can imagine how uncomfortable it was with the head of the bed facing the window. Only the living room had air conditioning, which was noisy and didn't effectively cool both bedrooms. The hotel thoughtfully provided blankets and electric blankets, but if you used the electric blanket, it would feel both hot and cold at night, significantly reducing comfort

The city tram is the most valuable sightseeing place in Christchurch.
Parking, despite filtering for parking, is not free of charge at the hotel. The listing details 'additional fees' on the 'Amenities' page, not on the initial landing page. Upon inquiring where to park, I was directed to the public car park almost immediately opposite the hotel - $12 overnight; $25 for the day (not 24hr).
Still, this is not on the hotel, as additional fees details are on the listing...
This hotel is right in the heart of Christchurch, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. It's just a few minutes' walk from the public transport hub, where you can catch buses 8 and 29 to the airport (about a 30-minute ride) or depart for various North Island destinations. The hotel provides excellent service and offers great value for money.
The room is great and nice
Very near to Riverside market
Staff service below average
Car parking is limited
Right in the heart of Christchurch, stepping out means you're right by the collapsed cathedral. It's a bit of a walk to the main shopping street though. However, the tram, the Cardboard Cathedral, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the Avon River are all super close, so all the main sights are within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and hygienic, no complaints there.
I like Christchurch city. It is a peaceful place, quiet, very clean.

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center, making it easy to get around. However, the mattress quality was really poor. It offered no support whatsoever; I felt like I was sinking into a hole and even struggled to turn over. I didn't get a good night's sleep, and it was the most uncomfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire New Zealand trip.
Location was superb. Views is as good as one can get at Christchurch.
Amenities were limited and the room is basic. Can’t complain much at Christchurch.
The room doesn't provide disposable toiletries or drinking water, so you'll need to bring your own. The room is quite clean and the location is excellent.
Breakfast is good. Location is good. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hotel booklet mentioned the filter water is available in the lobby area but receptionist asked us to go to restaurant area to get it. However, the restaurant staff were very rude to us and questioned us. We felt we were treated like a the thefts when we just tried to fill in the hot water in our water bottles. The hot water was...
Super friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Location is fantastic, literally a stone's throw away from the heart of Christchurch.

As this is holiday park it’s very normal to have communal bathrooms and kitchen. However it’s very quiet in the nighttime unlike busy caravan park. We had very good rest.
I had a very pleasant stay at Tasman Holiday Parks - Christchurch. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a great base for exploring Christchurch while still enjoying a relaxing environment.
The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The shared areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were clean and easy to use. The room itself was comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully...
Overall, it was just okay, but what I'm really unhappy about is that the front desk staff didn't give us a room with a shower, even though the room we booked (pictured in image 4) was supposed to have one. Instead, they gave us the room shown in image 1. The room in image 5 is what matched my booking criteria. I hope the information exchanged between the platform and the hotel is accurate to avoid...
The motel was very good and very clean. A huge plus is the large playground for kids.
This is a typical Western-style budget hotel. It's functional, but the rooms are small, it gets hot in the summer, and the soundproofing isn't great. It's fine for a quick stay.
Nice and clean place cabin, the kitchen was very clean and everything was there.

Beautiful environment and nice service. Especially with Jacuzzi
great experience
nice location and service
This was my first time staying in a motel. From the outside, it looked like a dormitory, but the inside was beautiful and well-equipped. There was a kitchen where you could cook, and the bathroom was large with a bathtub. The washing machine was a shared facility outside the room. The owner was a very humorous and friendly gentleman (or perhaps a middle-aged man?). He even took a photo with us! 😃 The...
A very cozy and well-equipped hotel. The owner lives nearby. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Cleanliness: Excellent
Facilities: A little old, but very well maintained!
Suitable for family outings. There are plenty of rooms. There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you don't drive, you'll have to walk a bit to get to shopping, but taxis are very convenient.
The landlord was a very friendly elderly man, the house was quite cozy, parking was super convenient, and the independent courtyard was a big plus.

This hotel is listed as 5-star on Ctrip, but its facilities and service are, at best, 3-star. After a 20-hour flight, I arrived at 10 AM to find my room wasn't ready. I was told I'd have to wait an hour. No room upgrade was offered, nor were any other rooms available. I was forced to simply wait! There were absolutely no 5-star hotel amenities; it felt more like an American motel. The location is decent...
The hotel was great, but Ctrip ripped me off by 200 yuan.
We arrived in Christchurch around 9 PM, and the young lady at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome. Checking into such a lovely hotel on our very first day in New Zealand left a truly wonderful impression.

The hotel service is quite good, the breakfast is relatively simple
The room is small, but it’s good for one person. You can travel around nearby and accessible to attractions location and parks.

Was an impressive stay.... hotel parking is a little pricy but its a city price so kinda understandable...
hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very strategic to look around and visits...
Room was clean but the water temperature was not so consistent... Can be improved better.
Very convenient location. Modern and stylish albeit smaller sized room; we were there for 5 nights and it suited what we required. If you get a chance, Sakimoto next door and Twenty Seven Steps nearby were outstanding restaurants. The Kate Sheppard house tour was also a highlight.
The hotel is beautiful, right at the center of the city. It’s easy to find, and a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby the place.
Central, rooms divided by stairs heavy lugagge hard to move
Easy to be booking on trip.com. The facilities are good closed to shopping: the service have friendly staff and helpful. The room are nice.

Amazing amenities. Budget friendly and very close to the airport. The lady at the reception is very helpful too.
Communication from the Hotel is amazing, they not only sent wifi passwords to my email and booking site, they also txt me the information.
They were happy to make up a portacot with lovely blankets. The wonderful lady on the desk called me a very very early cab.
She also walked my baby to the cabin whilst I took the luggage cause I was travelling with a 10 week old solo. Plus luggage!
Walking distance...
This is a great place to stay at the beginning or end of your holiday in Christchurch, also if you want a few days of recuperation within easy reach of all that Christchurch has to offer. Tremendously value for money with good accommodation and kind staff. They even picked us up after we dropped off our campervan. Highly recommended.
Nice campsite beside the airport.
It might get a bit loud from the road and planes. I loved the spacious TV room with cosy sofas. Got to have it all to myself for a few hours and enjoyed watching a movie.
Kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional.

a nice motel with no lifts so if you're not up to walking upstairs then ask for the ground level rooms. adequate free parking on the premises. the rooms are of decent size but there's no microwave to heat up food. overall happy with the place and plenty of eateries within walking distance. about 10 to 15 mins walk.
Towers on Park provided a comfortable warm room for a winter holiday. It was close walking distance to the botanic gardens and restaurants. The room had everything we needed.
We stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree by Hilton Christchurch on the way there, but Hilton liked the location very much during the renovation, so we chose the Park Tower Hotel opposite the Hilton on the way back. The hotel is in a good location. Turn right and walk a few steps across the road to the city's green lung, Hagley Park. Hagley Park is the largest park in Christchurch. It is located in the center...
Good little spot and close to lots of the things we wanted to see.

Great location right in the heart of the city having everything by walking distance. Available a parking spot for 19NZD / night but I would suggest to park the car for free in the public parking spot available around the hotel, there are plenty and free from 5pm to 9 am. The room we choose was too small, I wouldn’t take it again because you can’t even open the luggage. Breakfast nothing fancy but you...
A central location to Christchurch CBD. Walking distance to all main attractions. Only less 5 mins walk to bus terminal easy access to airport bus 29.
The family room amenities were severely lacking. I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but it was incredibly small – the toilet stall was like something out of an airplane, and the shower was tiny too. The room itself was long and narrow. Instead of two chairs where they could have fit, there were two beanbag chairs. The 1.5-meter bed didn't feel like 1.5 meters, and there were no nightstands...
Excellent stay! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options just a short walk away. I'll definitely be back. The shower had great water pressure, and the room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend!
The room was a bit small, making it hard to walk around once the suitcase was open. However, it's very close to the bus station, so it's a good option for those who prioritize convenience over spaciousness. Plus, there's a lively street right downstairs for you to explore!
Small & neat.

Very sociable in the public areas communal rooms are set up so you can still have ypur own privacy charging easily accessible including from the top bunk and ideal location.
Beautiful place. Nice and helpful stuff. Very comfortable dorms and facilities. I’d just recommend to add more hooks and shelves in bathrooms. Lots of cosy common areas. I joined a couple of events and really enjoyed my stay.
Great, pleasant kitchen and a cozy living room. Friendly staff. The room is small but worth the price.
Located near the fun Regent;s street with lots of restaurants and bars, near the convention center and cathedral, but a bit farther away from the Riverside market etc (10-15 min walk). This place is great, my only complaint is that they charge an extra $10 for parking which surprised me because 1. It’s a Motel and 2. When I checked more carefully they do indeed state this but it’s hidden away in the ‘amenities’ section and you really have to look carefully to find the ‘parking charge’. Better to know this upfront on the booking confirmation rather than getting an unpleasant surprise...

Mine hosts and staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We extended our stay we liked it so much
Room was a little dated, but had everything we needed. The shower was hot and great at the end of a day of exploring. Easy drive to Westfield shopping centre and town centre. Across from the Botanical gardens for a walk.
We stayed two nights, found it clean and convenient with everything we needed, just a little tired. We enjoyed the walk through Hagley Park to the city centre.
Location was excellent to Hagley Park (walking) and to Cafe/Restaurants/Shopping (Riccarton Mall). Didn't need to use our car. Could do with a wee spruce up. But, then tariffs would increase. Good value at present for the tariff charged
When I checked in, the staff kindly provided a map of the area and explained it to me. The hotel is located in front of a park, so it was nice to be able to take a walk in the morning.
