Clean and tidy room, set back from road so noise was fine. Mall and food outlets both closeby.

There is still water in the kettle, so I don't dare to use it. Everything else is OK.

Everything about the motel is ideal.
Only issue is that there is no shelving to store bathroom items on ie Toilet bags.

Room was lovely and warm. Quiet away from the street. Unfortunately one side of the bed was broken which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Pros - Cleanliness, proximity to everything, very friendly staff, very comfortable unit.
Cons - No Sky TV, no spare blankets for cold nights

Great motel
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities.

The only (tiny) issue is that it's very hard to turn right out onto Riccarton Rd (ie towards the city). We had to turn left then find a nearby street to turn around.

It was enough to warm up my cold body after finishing the Uncounted Dolphin Tour. I was especially touched by the friendly welcome from the female manager when checking in.

The staff were very friendly and were able to hold our bags as we arrived before checkin time.

Don't expected too much. Very basic motel and the internet not reliable. Reason to choose this motel because it is close to university. Will make a better choice next time.
