Hotels with pool in Geilo

We were in June, not in the ski season. I really liked the hotel - good interior, large rooms, delicious and varied breakfast, gorgeous pool. I liked everything, I strongly recommend.

The ski resort hotel has many outdoor facilities, but unfortunately they're closed in the summer. There's not much to eat around, so you can only dine at the hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice, clean and hygienic

This is a ski resort,but we were there in June. Nice rooms,excellent restaurant and very easy parking! Not much around the hotel itself,but it had a lot of activities

Beautiful family venue with great choice of children's activities, family zones and bars with great choices of food/drink. Modern Norwegian style, spacious and warm.

Amazing winter resort 😍 with beautiful interior mixed between old traditional style and winter fancy houses.... Very clean and tidy. Amazing and friendly staff....

Very comfortable, delightful decoration with old traditional furniture and posters on Norway and snow. Great bar with atmosphere and a barman who knows his job

And the outdoor whirlpool (which could be a highlight) was not working and also too cold. The rooms are not well isolated and on the saturday the bass from the apres ski could be felt through every inch in the room

Stayed at a family room which was very nice, although the ventilation could've been better. Hotel itself is mostly kept up well, with some areas that definitely need some renovation

The staff is very nice and really helpful! They did everything they could to make it a nice stay. And the hotel itself lies next to the ski area. The skipass and ski rent can be done also in the hotel

Was nice couple of ours to get off from work to swimming pool. Sad that one of the saunas been not working, but in general that was good.

But it is a very old hotel and the rooms are not the best for the category this hotel shows. The spa is definitely not a spa. Very small indoor whirlpool for maybe max 2-3 people

There is a good sports bar on site. The pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub were v good. The only downside is it faces the main railway station and there were a few late night freight trains running through

The hotel has a swimming pool, which is free to use; the tennis court requires a fee; there are also some board games and billiards. I had a very pleasant stay here

The pool is really nice and my kids thoroughly enjoyed it. An added bonus is the laundry facilities on site that allow you to do your own laundry for a small fee. Laundromats are very few and far between in Norway

The room was large, recently updated, had a well equipped kitchenette and we all slept well. It's an ideal room for a family. The balcony was huge and offered a nice view to the north of the ski hill

Location would be good for skiing, though I would recommend a car as there appears not to be groceries within walking distance. Parking was ample and free of charge (nice surprise in Norway)

The studio apartment I booked had two single beds and one bunk bed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, tableware, and dishwasher

The lady on reception went out of her way to try and help when a we had issues with a taxi not turning up (don't use Geilo Taxi's), but also let us borrow her sons snow tube to sledge out the back of the hotel, which was great fun

Would definitely reccomend this for the stay in geilo

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four skiing in Geilo. Location is ten min walk from town, but also right outside the ski bus stop. Apartment was basic but clean, and had a great view out towards Vestlia

With temperatures rising to 4°C on two days, it would have been an ideal opportunity to clear the ice and ensure safer conditions for guests. The swimming pool also did not meet expectations

The water was cloudy, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell, which led me to question the pool’s cleanliness

Beds were not the best, and it was a shame the TV had no option to cast or access apps, but the shower was really good

Expensive and bad service, great location and park Pay a lot of money and have to make the bed yourself, miss the stretch sheets. Absolutely All the service was in the dishwasher when we arrived

Easy and best in class to check in/out online! Good parking just in front of cabin. Good kitchen utensils selection, good storage, warm floors in main social room

We were bummed though that they didn’t tell us about the amenities with the ropes/zip line course, mini golf, etc…and so we ended up missing the opportunity to enjoy it

Overall great place in a beautiful location along the river. We rented a 3 bedroom container style house because the other rental for 5+ people wasn’t available

Our cabin could also use a little attention - stains on couches/chairs, wall paper peeling, our table on the porch was damaged and somewhat un-useable

The overall space suited us just fine, beds were super comfortable, bathroom was nice, kitchen was easy to function in and had the bare essentials
