Room was too hot and the bathroom was dirty but the breakfast was great
Trivelig og serviceminded folk i resepsjonen, gammel som ung 👍

Flott opphold.
Meget hyggelig hyggelig hotell og betjening. Rent og pent
Great hotel…good price/quality
Gratis parking naast het hotel (van 17u tot 09u). Vriendelijk personeel. Heel ruim ontbijtbuffet.
Familiekamer is niet van de ruimste, uitklapbare bedden die wat moeilijk zijn voor grote tieners.
Breakfast included a lot and that was great as we are vegetarians and vegans in our family.
A not on Hamar as a city - don’t trust google to find restaurants that are opened. Actually found two who had been terminated long ago.

God frokost, rene rom, hyggelig service
God frokost, gode senger, god shampo og balsam fra Rituals
The hotel has apparently undergone renovation in the recent past, but the room is somewhat shabby. The quality of food in the restaurant is very high, although the prices are on the higher side. Breakfast is excellent. A very nice bonus in the form of a small fitness center, swimming pool, and relatively spacious sauna.
All ok, but nothing up to date, tired.

Clean. Bathroom was small. Overall I was satisfied.

Central location. Nice pub Located at ground floor. Terrible noise due to near location of rail way. Trains passing all night long....
Elevators didn't work when we needed it. Had to carry lugage using stairs all the way to 5th floor. Breakfast is ok.
You could spend one night here but not longer. The hotel is clean but lacks any personality whatsoever. The rooms are very basic, with no amenities. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
Comfy bed, warm showers and good breakfasts!

Great place, with a lovely view of Lake Mjøsa. Clean and tidy, and with plenty of space for us who came with a tent. Quiet surroundings a short distance from the city center, but bus stop right next door, or a short drive. Hiking areas in the area. Service facilities were somewhat limited when we visited. The nearest shower lacked hot water, so we had to use one further away. Also had no access to...
Every summer we come to this place, we love the offer it has for families during the summer festival.
Had a wonderful experience at Hedmarktoppen! The area exudes natural beauty with its panoramic views of Mjøsa and the city of Hamar. The campsites are spacious and well-organized, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The facilities are first-class and clearly well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience for all guests.
The staff are exceptional, always welcoming and ready to assist...

Har bare vært her i forbindelse med The Gathering og da er vi heldige å få låne hele hotellet;-)
Nice 1bedroom (4 beds) apartments with fridge freezer, electric hob/oven, basic cookware etc. Food available from restaurant until late with delicious pizza and more.
Quiet place with free parking outside. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the nearest shoping centre.

Nice hotel, a little worn. Would have appreciated tea/coffee facilities. Good breakfast with lots of choice.
The hotel's advantages include free parking. It was very busy, with many tour groups staying there, and there was a queue for breakfast. I booked a triple room, but upon arrival I discovered the third bed was a narrow, fold-down bed against the wall, which wasn't very comfortable.
Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and had a charging station ( a real + when driving an electric car). Would reccommend.
Nothing Special
Very large and busy hotel. Run down, untidy and well past it’s best. Our room was ok, looked over the garden. Stayed for 2 nights, they didn’t make up the room, or bring fresh towels on the second day. Indoor pool was under refurbishment, which we were not made aware off. Outdoor pool was dirty, small and full of children during our stay. Didn’t try the spa as it was quite pricey. Wouldn...
Lovely Hotel
Lovely room, very comfy bed. Excellent service from the staff. Good buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from.
Would definitely return for another visit.
Walkable location to town. Easy charging for our rental and no charge to park. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff and beautiful hotel.

You get what you pay for.
I chose this place because it was cheaper than more established hotel chains, and as such it did deliver as expected. Car Park easily available, a bit worn rooms but nothing catastrophic. Breakfast was a standard norwegian breakfast, nothing fancy.
I got flashbacks to school camps which was in similar facilities except this time I had my own room :)
Very clean, no fuss hotel. Staff were helpful, common areas of hotel very pleasant. Laundry insight was helpful.
Very calm and peaceful area.
More like a youthhostel or giesthouse than a hotel. Room very basic, bathroom very small. No hairdryer available.
Breakfast buffet ok, room like a youthhostel.
Excellent value. We stayed in the older part of the facility. Small, but adequate and very clean room. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Aging property provides an affordable, clean and safe stay. Friendly and efficient staff.
This is a very big hotel/resort. Perhaps it's the room price we choose, It's alike a student hostel. However room is clean. Toilet is abit old and small.

God frokost.
Litt utfordring med parkeringen, men hotellet var åpenbart klar over utfordrende nabo….
Clean and comfortable, generous breakfast
The room was small but clean. There was a beautiful lady and a handsome man at the front desk.
Great breakfast, good beds, but small room.
The shower floor was leaning the wrong way, so a lot of water ran outside of the cabin, quite bad.
Good hotel, yet room for improvement.
Good hotel, located in a very good location, close to everything.
I've noticed the effort they made since my last visit here.
The restaurant is now bigger and nicer, the room I've stayed in was renovated.
However, there is room for improvement:
- MAIN Parking, once free, has now a daily fee. To charge your EV at their charging station will cost you (also for...

Lillehammer 5* stay
The room, cafe and reception were very clean.
The lady on reception was extremely informative and polite, she advised us where to park and she showed us to the lift explaining how to use it.
The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. The housekeeping lady greeted us and was very polite and cheerful.
Great simple hotel
Nice and clean, if simple hotel. Perfect for my short stay. The breakfast felt a bit basic
Nice place with a fantastic host.
The staff were excellent and the breakfast food. It was a bit difficult to find due to constriction but a nice facility.
Property located at train station. Very basic but clean and super convenient for an overnight before heading out again because we wanted to see the country by daylight. Fair price and we were able to take our luggage to upstairs room and enjoy the charming town a few blocks away. Glad I had cleats for slippery streets in late February.
Awesome location and a spectacular place.

Fint opphold, god og hyggelig folk
It wasn’t the same service as our last years visit . Not very helpful

Litt trangt rom, kort mellom vegg og seng
Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location
Great hotel great stay
Great hotel in the middle of town. Breakfast was super although very busy as the hotel was literally fully booked. They had a children's cinema with drink ticket complimentary in the evening.
Room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent stay!

Fantastic location in the heart of the town. Walking distance from the train and close to the heat dinning options.
All 3 Staff we encounters at front desk were delightful and the bar tender in the sky bar was slammed and by herself but handled everything well.
Over all fantastic value for money
Alleviated the upgrade and comp drink.
Cheers. Highly recommend.
Good location, excellent service, attached restaurant very good re breakfast and evening meals.
Excellent stay. Friendly and helpful.
Sjarmerende hotell
Sjarmerende hotell, sentralt , god frokost.
Rommet var passe stor for 1 person.
Hotel is located in the middle of Lillehammer. We were there early last month in September for a night. Beds are comfortable, good sound proofing and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
This is a lovely hotel really conveniently located close to the centre. It’s a renovated mill building (obviously) next to a fast running stream. So you can’t open windows on the side with the stream which has loud rapids/falls. But you can sit outside and have breakfast/dinner on the terrace which is great. Breakfast was v good with lots of choice. There is a Norwegian-chain ‘Egon’ restaurant on site...

Basic stay
Basic, but comfortable cabin. Was surprised that bed linen and towels were not included - for a family of 4 which was almost half the cost of the cabin! This could be better advertised in the listing. Basic amenities like a kettle, draining board and oven gloves not included. It wasn’t clear from the listing that the adult bedroom is reached through the bunk bed room, so we all ended up...
Magnificent lake view and quality campsite
The campsite is located very close to Lake Mjøsa and the view from the cabins is magnificent. However, it is located very far from the center (30 minutes on foot) and there is no bus/coach connection. The host is available to answer questions. The cabins are not very comfortable but are adequate for a few nights. The shared bathrooms are very clean, as is...
The sote was super close to the lake which is beautiful to walk along. Furthermore, we were without a car, but there was a busstop under 10 minutes walking. Awesome
We were there with our camper, and it was the best-maintained campsite of our trip. Clean, modern restrooms. The site is a good size, and the pitches have grass (not gravel or artificial turf), which we like. It's a 10-minute walk to the lake and a 30-minute walk to the city center. The neighboring highway is barely noticeable.
The cabin was great. Reception is beautiful. Things for the kids to do. A little shop on site in case you need something
Camping cabin for 4 people
Very happy with most things, but we have to agree with previous reviews regarding the living room sofa. It was, to say the least, deplorable and painful to sit on.
