The receptionist that booked us in was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen/dining room staff were lovely and very hard working. The hotel was quiet on the whole and we had very little noise at night. We upgraded to a superior room, not sure what the standard rooms are like but ours was small with a wardrobe for one person, we had to use the “superior” chairs as a second wardrobe and the shower situation was diabolical. Two glass doors folded out in front of the toilet that rendered the toilet unusable. I am not a large person but I struggled to shower without knocking my elbows and knees.

This was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and dinner were good with choices and quality. Room was as expected. Location very handy to port and airport. Staff quick and friendly. Would recommend for price point it was perfect

Very close to the ferry for Lofoten. A very comfortable bed and good choice of food for breakfast. A very welcome bonus was the afternoon coffee and cakes and the free evening buffet for guests. Super helpful staff at reception too. Would stay again if travelling from Bodo although there isn't a lot to do there.

Poor ventilation
The window could not be opened properly, so it was not possible to cool down the room. Otherwise very nice. The included dinner was especially appreciated.

Lovely historic hotel
We liked the dinner: soup, salad, bread and main course.

The location was great and we found the parking place from the street in the front of the hotel.

The bathroom was very small and because of the glassdoor it wasn't very private. Nevertheless it was spotlesly clean.

The service level of the hotel is high. I am very happy that the hotel includes breakfast and dinner, which saves the cost of dinner. The food is rich and the sanitary facilities are good. The hotel is in a moderate location. It is in the center of the city and has convenient transportation. Traveling everywhere is not a problem. Yes A very nice hotel

Stayed here in September 2021 and we had an amazing time with this hotel. The location is at a prime spot. Our booking included free breakfast, fika w/ cake (unli coffee,tea) and dinner and the food was delicious!!! ❤️❤️❤️
