The rooms were absolutely wonderful and there was a nice pool both indoors and outdoors. It had a roof over the outside, so it was nice to swim when it rained. There was a gym and a playground.

Great hotel for families with children. The apartments attached to the hotel were new and spacious, with two separate bedrooms, which were a bit small. The hotel has a very good pool area, as well as a playground outside and a playland inside. A little outside the city center, but a 5-10 minute walk takes you to historic Røros.

A very good stay. Great hotel with a fantastic pool. We also had the best breakfast of our entire vacation. The family room wasn't very large, but it had what we needed. They also have several Tesla chargers, which we used. A short walk to the city center. The only downside is that the room doesn't have air conditioning, so it can get hot in the summer.

Very nice room (superior double room). The bathroom is a bit small, but I really don't like that I can't lock the bathroom door. Other than that, the staff is very nice and cheerful. I haven't tried the food yet, but the desserts and drinks are GOOD. Ask them to mix you one. They use local soda.

The hotel was nice. It is a rather big hotel mostly catering for local people ( Norwegian and Swedish).
The breakfast was great, the pool was also very nice.

Drawbacks: no hot water kettle in the rooms. The toilet seat was very low, so difficult for my mum to get up from the seat on her own.

Always in my heart
Always good to be at this hotel, nice lounge with open fire and good food. The pool and spa is beautiful, topped by the outdoor hot pool with view of the old church.
The room was clean a modern style, but very dark colors and cold feeling with no pictures or contrast colors. Not an inviting place to sit

Fun stay in a charming town
Wonderful hotel and breakfasts. We really enjoyed the large pool in a beautiful setting. About 15 minutes to Roros, which is a charming little town to stroll through the shops. The shop keepers are friendly and fun. The room was comfortable with a view of the mountains.

Roros itself is a strange but nice little town. A World Heritage site but not for ‘prettiness’! The hotel is located on the outskirts but is an easy 15min walk into the centre. There appeared to be a modern wing - the hotel is pretty big (although only 2 or 3 stories) and sprawling - we were in an old wing so the room (for me, my wife and 15yr old son) was tired and a tad old fashioned. The bathroom likewise was old and basic. But nonetheless it was all clean. The breakfast buffet was v good with lots of fresh hot food and continental etc. and the pool, sauna and hot tubs, once you found them, were great. Plenty of parking on site. Overall, I’d stay again but hopefully they’ll renovate the old wing we were on soon.

The hotel has a great location, close to the mines and church, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are a bit small.
