The people at check in: very nice & spoke English.
Restaurant staff were great!!! Especially “ Bartek”.
Hotel is close to all things in Roros: shops, restaurants and the Roros church + all the historic mining buildings and the train station!

I have traveled all around the world and this was the smallest room I have ever been in. The size of a closet. It was not updated to today’s standards. It was dirty and dusty the bathroom floor was cracked and the sink was all chipped up. The breakfast you had to order on line and very limited. My wife wanted a cappuccino with breakfast and they wanted to charge us for it saying only black coffee came with the breakfast. I would say this is only a two star hotel.
