Room was too warm, and room are a little tired and worn. Stayed forvrwo weeks and cleaning towel change etc was below par for the first week, but got better in the second week. Breakfast was decent, but it is off-putting that the multiple staff gathers in full view to eat breakfast alongside guests. Never experienced that in any hotel ever after four decades of globetrotting. Strange.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but the construction and getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging.

We will come back Quiet place, huge rooms, old standard, very nice breakfast, helpful reception, beautiful and Central arena.

Even though I checked in late, they welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was decent, and it's close to the altar rock. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is very rich. P.S. It is a chain. The breakfast is the same. I ate it for three days. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. The ferry route to Pulpit Rock is 55 minutes. The hotel is very new. Parking is free on weekends. It is very convenient. I will come again next time.

The service ability is very poor, repeated charges were made, I had already paid in advance, and charged again after leaving the store. I have applied for a week and still haven’t got it back.

Spacious room, friendly staff. Great location. Lovely breakfast

For single person room was good size but view from window was terrible. If you don't close your curtains person from other side look right in your room. There is no privacy unless keep your curtains shut. Mattress was bit od wobbling. I like rest room fair size and space for luggage.

Quality Hotel Residence, Sandnes leverer positivt Hyggelig vertskap/betjening. God frokost. Sentral beliggenhet. Nær kino med hotellrabatt. Parkering i nabobygg med utgang undertak fra hotellbygningen. Gode fasiliteter rundt hotellet.

So central location, close to the bus station, shops, parks etc. A nice city

The room was very small which could be a challenge for larger individuals, but otherwise was fantastic!

God frokost. Trangt rom for to personer. Vanskelig å komme til stikkontakt; måtte krype under bordet.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was the perfect size for one person and it was so clean in the hotel and there is always a worker there to help if you need anything.

The location is a bit in the middle of stavanger and sandness. But staff are friendly. It is a good choice when it comes to the price.

I stayed in small double room, which was really small. I noticed all rooms are small for this chain hotel. 20min walk from train station, which I find quite far. Not 24 hr reception.

There is a nearby stop to easily commute to Stavanger. Its an old hotel with no bathroom exhaust.

Nice stay at Sandnes. The Hotel room was just right for an overnight stay in our journey. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

This is a classic 1970s hotel that has so much potential. If some things likes drapes and furniture were updated it would seem a little more appealing. But it was clean. Having a car we appreciated being further away from the touristy areas. Breakfast was nice and tasty!

The hotel is easy to find, with nice views and clean. We went with our kids and booked a room with three beds. However, the front desk staff made a mistake and gave us a double bed facing the lake. The two small 80cm beds meant my husband had to stay at a local friend's house for one night and the room was changed to a triple bed the next day. It was New Year's Eve that day. Pretty good, very clean, comfortable temperature, and breakfast was decent too.

We visited family during Christmas and didn’t have any breakfast at the hotel.

Booking and check -in worked well, Check-in even better tan ecpected. The bereakfast was excellent, The room vas OK, evebn we had rfeserved "Eeconmy" All over: our stay was just a pleasure
