Mixed stay, 4/5 hotel, 2/5 resort experience. The pools are the highlight, especially the main multi-section pool and the larger adults-only pool for proper swimming, but the pools were a tiny bit dirty. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, but a bit dark, with no balconies and some odd details like no prayer mats and limited tea/coffee. Its located right on the border, a little tensioning when there are conflicts like the one happening right now but quiet overall. The lobby is big but feels slightly cramped, stocked with extremely bitter Arabic coffee and dates, and clean. The restaurant is just okay. Staff were welcoming overall, but the lifeguards were quite rude, especially to children. Facilities like the bowling alley are a nice bonus, though a bit pricey. The surroundings feel a bit random and not very resort-like. Overall, enjoyable for the pools and space, but not a fully polished resort.

I stayed at the resort more than once, but this time my rating is negative for several reasons. The first is that the room service does not match the hotel's classification standards, as a five-star hotel. The staff are not cooperative with the guests, and the cleanliness of the rooms is not good, in addition to the presence of swage smell in the bedrooms. The second reason is the high cost of food in the restaurant, and the options are limited and it is not allowed to bring food from outside and eat it in the hotel garden. The third is the poor treatment of guests by the reception staff. We really hope that the services and workers in the resort improve to a better level to maintain their good reputation and classification.

-Poor and rude staff -Dirty pool and bathroom -Bad food -Broken MAIN door lock -NO geyser! -Overflowing sewage system You can eat at Soul Cafe BUT DON'T EAT FROM RESTAURANT OR STAY IN SUITE! I LITERALLY WASTED MY MONEY FOR THIS YUCKY PLACE.

The rooms were super clean, very comfortable, wide space and the staff was amazing, the staff were very helpful and very kind. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Al Buraimi.

It is a great place to be near the pool to have some coffee and deserts. The arabic foods are good but no Indian cuisine are available.

No respect for customer value and no professionalism in managing hotel business.
We paid the full amount of money for two suites and they kept us waiting in the reception for more than an hour for the first suite and for more than two hours for the second suite which is totally unacceptable and waisted our money.
Outdated furnitures with broken chair in some rooms and even the bathroom bidet is broken for the main room and no bath slippers.
No body responds for the complains to fix the things.
We asked for bell captain to take our luggage from the room to check out and we waited for 30 minutes with nobody showing up, finally me and my wife we took all our luggage down to the reception and then to the car. Totally irresponsible management running the hotel with no care.
My advice for all booking customer to book in Sohar or go to Al-Ain in UAE to avoid such humility in such hotel.

Terrible basic cold food, same terrible menu and looked like it was built in the 70’s with absolutely zero atmosphere. Music blasting from outside into your room till 12am ever night. If you’re from the West, drive past and book into Al Ain. This town is dead and apparently this is the best hotel. I was here for 10 days and even with continuous complaints, nothing changed at all with the food. The rooms are ok and very bearable. Staff are very friendly. But the service is second class! I will never stay here again! If you have kids - do not come here!

One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.

The hotel is good and the swimming pool is big. The desaign is luxury. I think it's the biggest hotel in buraimi. The breakfast is nice.

I did stay one night with my friend and there is Egyptian staff at reception he not helping and I tray to call him from the room no answer, and I, keep asking for a towel from 1 am and I get it at 2:10am and I, told him the water so, cold and he not do anything he say thy busy!!!!
