This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff particularly in the restaurants. I stayed for nine nights (for work) and ate in the hotel most nights but the terrific buffet had so many options it never got dull. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool was lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently visited Al Ain Rotana to celebrate World Pharmacist Day with my colleagues. The hotel provided an excellent atmosphere for the event, with neat and clean surroundings. The arrangements for the sessions and classes were well-organized, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. A really good place for professional gatherings and celebrations.

We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely coming back.

I had a great stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out though was the service. I especially want to mention one of the waiters Obada who was fantastic. He was warm and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to eat. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Relax place every thing fine and unfortunately they don't provide late check out as well in the other branch of Bawadi mall even in different occasions they use notices and early call to push customer do check out on time.

Recently stayed at Radisson Blu Al Ain with my friends. Overall experience was very good. Room seemed bit old but the property is well taken care of. Its a nice and kids friendly resort. Kids swimming pool is large enough to accommodate guest and their kids. Water Slide on kids pool is really nice. Breakfast menu with lot of Indian options are also very good.

Truly deserve all the good ratings. It is a great place to be near the pool to have some coffee and deserts. The arabic foods are good but no Indian cuisine are available.

One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.

No good view and air condition water pressure

Very good experience in living here. Well situated and convenient in transport. Nice gym with coach and swimming pool. All the personnel are quite helpful. Especially a lady named Karima who served in restaurant, she's so nice and I felt she bright up my day.

This hotel is now called the All Seasons. It is perfect for a one night stay but it would not be a luxury hotel or a resort. The rooms were comfortable with a somewhat energetic AC system. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was also plentiful with three basic options (no buffet). Very pleasant and served with a mile.

We booked 7 Rooms 2 family suits 2 junior suits and 3 deluxe rooms. The suits were very spacious just ask for extra beds to accommodate if it’s 3 adults. Rooms were clean. This is an older, established hotel; I stayed here 10 years ago and this was my second visit. The hotel facilities are fully equipped, but it's an older property. The carpet by the bathroom door in the room was a bit dirty, and the adult swimming pool was closed for maintenance. However, the kids had a great time in the children's pool. Used to previously stay when it was under different management. The hotel premises are great - a lot of activities for families with kids like mini-golf (free), arcade games (paid), trampoline (paid) and other activities. Because it was far from the city, we were able to stay at a resort with a beautiful view. We stayed in the Gazelle Room, and it was fun to walk around looking for gazelles in the morning and evening. Good Hotel. Big and comfortable rooms. But not suitable if you go with families or senior or Junior office colleagues.

In overall, the service was great, receptionist did a great job taking care but missed some points to show the appropriate room.
