Extremely poor cleanliness, management, and staff behavior.
The room was in unacceptable condition. The bed sheets were visibly dirty with stains, hair, and debris, and the bathroom was also dirty and not properly cleaned. When I raised these issues, staff said they were not allowed to properly clean or change the room because new guests were arriving. This is not a valid excuse and reflects very poor management and disregard for basic hygiene. On top of this, the front office staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel unless there are serious improvements in cleanliness, management, and customer service.

For the price , this is a really decent hotel. Large room, comfy bed , fresh smelling linen and towels, ensuite and all this for under 40 USD!

Very bad experience. bed bugs and cockroach everywhere. very bad service. we are staying in hotel for relaxation and better sleep here both are missing.

Sorry that I give one star otherwise I can't review. These guys doesn't even need one star review. I came here for visiting visan. Those guys treated me like I came here cos of theirmoney. No one should ever go their just because of they have seven floors that look nice. Inside the room that's hell. So no one should book this hotel anymore. This is real hell. Please save your own life and money.

I strongly advise against staying at Aryana Hotel, especially if you’re there for a visa change. My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making the entire stay stressful. The room conditions were unacceptable — I encountered cockroaches and even bedbugs, which is completely unhygienic and unsafe.
On top of that, the internet was painfully slow, making it difficult to get any work done or even stay connected. Overall, this hotel failed in every basic aspect of comfort and service. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's good hotel sometimes give you good price ... in same hotel have women gym also coffee shop. ... around it have also coffee shop ... also supermarket ( Ms.max) you can walk to there... also near it NBO ATM. .. you can pay by card but sometimes the Card device not work (so try keep cash with you ). The have parking for cars. I hope you enjoy there.

I don't know if the other rooms are nicer but rooms offered for people who spend their exit are just your ordinary hotel room. However, the beds are not good. They are noisy when you lie on them. The bed sheets, blankets, and pillows ans their cases have unpleasant smell. They also don't have wifi inside the rooms
