Our stay at Anantara was okay but nothing more. To start with something positive, the staff was really friendly and attentive which was great! Breakfast was outstanding as well and the architecture od the hotel was beautiful. Other things, however, were simply not good enough for the price you pay. Good location, hotel is nice but need some maintenance (e.g. we had issues with warm water). During winter season service outside in the swimming pool not active.

Currently closed until June 2018 for renovations. The original upscale hotel with a killer view that unfortunately changed hands in 2015. We'll see if the new management can steer this prime location to profitibility while maintaining good customer services and amenities when it reopens...

It's got great view however this hotel needs big maintenance in many things. The water was not draining out of the shower sink and shower pressure was too low.

Come in April when the local villages' rose farms are in full bloom and you can try fresh rose water.
