The lobby/restaurant area was unheated (the hotel is at an altitude of 2000 meters), and the automatic entrance door was broken and left open, which made it even colder. The rooms were also cold and dirty (visible dust). Some had leaks in the bathroom and/or mold. The awnings over the entrance area were all torn. Window seals were hanging off (see photos). The pool was dirty, and the spa area was closed. There were lots of broken chairs outside, and the entire complex appeared very neglected. The last straw was the restaurant in the evening. As cold as it was upon arrival (we sat at the table in jackets), the food turned out to be just as cold as the room. We were supposed to spend two nights here as part of a tour, but we refused. Our tour guide then arranged a hotel for us that actually lived up to the name. I would give it 0 stars/points if I could.

All reviewers have only submitted one review, and it was via this box.

The resort does not match the pictures and photos in any way. The resort is very dated and unfortunately looks very neglected. Everywhere you look, it's obvious that minor and major repairs are necessary. Cleanliness is also seriously lacking. Dinner was a buffet, and the food was unfortunately cold.

This hotel needs so much doing to it. From the shabby room with dirty bathrooms. We booked for two nights and stayed for one and have requested money back for at least the second night. It is such a pity as in years gone by this as rather a nice hotel, clean and well run. Even the food was better.
