This resort is a perfect for motorcycle riders! The staff really knows how to take care of us, especially kind and helpful receptionist Ishrat. The Omani breakfast was delicious, and our suite was comfortable, silent, fully equipped.

They were honest about a few areas of the hotel that are under maintenance, which we appreciated and we didn't need it at all as we arrived to watch the nature. Our suite looked like charming cottage, it was on the ground floor with a direct view of the mountain valley and the resort’s lovely garden—exactly the kind of place you want to relax after a long ride.

Compared to other hotels in the area, staying here for a couple of nights was absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful stay . Located with the best view . Awesome breakfast . Well maintained property and such a great hospitality . The host (Nisarat ) welcomed us with a charming smile and stepped out to parking area to when we left :)

We were two couples who stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel reception and check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable , we had the rooms on level 1 and a balcony overlooking the mountains .
Big big ups and thanks specially to the kitchen staff. Our friend had an unfortunate incident and fractured his leg. We came late from the hospital on Christmas Day and it wa past restaurant hours . But when I shared the situation , they agreed to make simple dinner for us and went above and beyond to make the food and also shift our friends room.
In the morning the staff also helped us to get him into the car and gave us a pillow too .
Location of the hotel very nice and it’s just walking to the three village trek. Do try the hanging terraces coffee shop at the start of the 3 villages trek.

We were 2 Pax .. staying for two nights .. early DEC 2025.
The temprature evening is 7 C .. during the day is approc 17 C ..
You have to include in your plan to bring very heavy clothes.. and heavy sleeping dress ..
Location of the hotel is on a cliff on the top of the mountain +2000 m hight .. You have to have a 4WD car so you can drive up to the hotel
View of the surrounding area is breathtaking experience
We have booked the hotel based on that the facility has swimming pool as described.. so made the plane to swim on the freezing cold water along having the nice view of the mountains. However, swimming pool was out of order for maintenance.. which cause some disappointment for such situation

Breakfast : was good first moring 7/10 .... 2nd morning was ok 5/10
Room : it come with a nice trace was very good. And clean .. it has many socket outlets so you do not bring extention cord with you
The main point here that for three days ..2 nights... there is nothing else to do .. as the swimming pool was out of service ..
So we had to go down the mountain heading to Nizwa Grand Mall .. then Mall of Oman in Muscat..
I am not sure on what basis the hotel has 5 star rating

We expected at night that there will be some activities at night .. like Singer or Games .. or some music at the outdoor eara .. however.. evening was so quite boring
Recommendation: since the temprature at night is 7 C .. it will be great idea if .. hotel prepare a fire 🔥 place .. where wood can be burned .. so they can put chairs around the fire place and listen to music..
In General: this experience can have two days/ one night only ... whereas 3days/2 nights is too much .

We had an excellent stay at Sahab Restaurant & Hotel in Jabal Akhdar. Everything was perfect—from the peaceful morning vibes to the refreshing, cold mountain air. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcomed.

The food was delicious, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. The pool was under maintenance during our visit, but honestly, with the freezing cold temperatures, we didn’t feel the need for a pool at all!

Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar! 🌿✨

This Hotel is somewhere we have visited before and last time in 2019 We thought we would give it another try, and booked for two nights. It was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was a disgrace, dead flies in the drawers under the basin which was also dirty. The loo seat broken, toilet rolls had not been replaced with new ones (perhaps a health risk?)The AC unit leaked from time to time and the entire place needed to be disinfected and cleaned. We had breakfast there which was awful. The water tasted of bleach. My tea was undrinkable. We left after one night and requested our money back. They are giving us the second night cash back but it whould be for two. The place should be closed down. Swimming pool was cold as was the Jacuzzi. Never again.The bed was awful and had a duvet meant for a single bed on it and so we had a bad nights sleep. There was nothing good about the Hotel whatsoever. We moved into another new hotel nearby and what a difference. Delicious food, lovely staff and bright and CLEAN! We had thought it could be somewhere to take our UK family to in late October, BUT. NO!!!!

Picturesque location, clean rooms, pleasant staff, local cuisine, excellent combination. Spent a night with friends, ideal location for a quiet peaceful break, provisions for a BBQ outside the room. Only 2hrs from Muscat and evening temperatures down to 18°

Great place! Friendly and ,attentive staff ,id highly recommend Clean rooms, Nice view. This hotel will be the first choice on our next trip to Jabel akdher Room service was pretty amazing, no delay at all. Quite place to those like to get away for a relaxing weekend

The team was heart warming and very kind. They helped us and advised us about what we could do and visit, showing some very nice hikes around. The buffet during the evening was very nice, lot of choice and the chef came to listen to my daughters wishes. Very good place to stay. We would totally come back if we can

We checked into sahab for 1 night stay for experience Jabal Al Akhdar mountain and it was worth staying with Sahab. Very well taken care of all the service needs by Mr Hammad. Good food with clean rooms and amazing view of the mountain range. Would recommend anyone who is looking for visiting Jabal Al Akhdar to stay with them.
