I have visited this hotel for a program and it seems very nice. The location is in a bit backward side but still the hotel is beautiful.

When they started few years back,I spent 2 nights with wonderful memories.Its the best resort in Oman 🇴🇲.

In this recent visit we were disappointed with the overall experience. The resort is huge with a lot of greenery and equipped with lot of activities like swimming pool, tennis,cycling to name a few. Swimming pool was particularly dirty and lot of areas require a lot of maintenance. Staff specially Wajid was really helpful and quick to respond to queries. We chose Al Nahda because we came from Jebel Shams and did not want to return to the capital right away and they offered a very good price online. As the photos looked nice, we decided to book. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and very clean, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops.

The room facilities are relatively new and there is a large supermarket opposite!

Very comfortable - huge room and bathroom. It's across from a Lulu hypermarket and next to a good Indian restaurant - not the most glamorous location (as often in Oman), but it's very convenient. Main downside is that there's no breakfast, but there are good coffee shots in town. Great base if you want to explore Wadi Bani Awf, Wakan etc. - and excellent value!

Located near the expressway and Barka street, across the LuLu hypermarket, this hotel is suitable for a stopover to see the square Fort or explore the fish market. At check-in we asked for breakfast but it was not offered, neither was the wellness option mentioned - hence the rating as an average (btw, all TV channels seem to be Pakistani)

This was my first time in Oman, but I had a friend stay here. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The service was good. What surprised me was that the cleaning staff politely asked me if I had ever worked in ************. This really shocked me. However, I would like to see your staff trained in etiquette.

Good service, if you ask something they'll give it to you but there is no air dryier at all so I had give 4 star. It was clean

The hotel stay was good, as were the interior furnishings. The reception staff were kind and respectful. The only minor issue was the construction noise from the surrounding buildings, but otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

The rooms are very spacious, calm, and clean. It's worth the money you pay. I noticed that some people commented on the cleanliness and gave wrong and negative reviews that are really unfair and untrue.

The hotel including rooms look exactly like on the advertised pictures. It is a classic nice city hotel where all the rooms look alike. So not too exciting, but also no negative surprises. Very good :) Worth coming again. Cleanliness was also good. Breakfast was average. The hotel's location is good, not in the city center, making it very convenient for business trips. It's only a 15-minute drive to the beach.

Honestly, upon arrival I was surprised to find the room unavailable, even though I had booked and paid in advance. I waited for almost two hours until they finally provided me with a room. Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price.

A great choice for business trips. The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town. It was a last-minute business trip booking, and I wasn't disappointed!

Very friendly, attentive staff. I did not regret at all that I booked this hotel. We stayed after arriving early in the morning literally for a few hours before the next flight. Totally the price was reasonable

The room is good for its price, its clean, tv is not working though and the phone is also disconnected. I had to go the elevator area to use the phone to call reception for some request. But This are small things and I believed it can be fixed. Front desk staff is so approachable and professional. I will probably book again in this hotel.

Good experience in Oman Palm Hotel Suites I was happy because I got good dealing from the team quite and clean but some equipment in the kitchen were old there were some iron rust need to change and kitchen not very clean as well as limited TV channels only one channel for children.. Clean and neat hotel. Best to book online with agoda or booking. Com. It's cheaper. Housekeeping very friendly and helpful however lack cleaning skills in the suites and bathrooms. They do not provide all the complimentary items unless you ask.. Even though it's on the trolley. All the necessary shops are available around the hotel. Taxis difficult to access. Better to rent a car. Very close to city...

Normally is clean and comfortable. Could be improved by providing soundproof as it is near Muscat airport and flights can be noisy sometime. Also noticed cleanliness is not as it used to be when I stayed the previous time

It’s good place to stay in, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and markets, their prices are of average level and it needs some care about maintenance and cleanliness. Overall is good and staff are friendly.
