Worst hotel stay in my life Checked in at 4 am in the morbing and I was morning and I had the do not disturb sign at my door, completely visible. The one who woke me up DIDNT apologize and told me they were authorized to open the door. ITOLD AT THE RECEPTION TO DO NOT WAKE ME UP These two men name are Majid and apu , and they are waking up the entire hotel without concerns if you check in at 9 pm yesterday or at 5 am in the morning. They are rude and disrespectful, didn’t even apologized once. I asked to speak with the manager this morning after it happened the first time but he was not available. I told the reception to mention that I DO NOT WANT to be disturbed while sleeping If you value your sleep don’t come from this hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing and I will never repeat it in the future. The price is extremely high compared to the quality provided – I have stayed in far better hotels for the same cost. Sadly, my booking turned out to be a big disappointment. Starting from the staff, each one seemed less professional than the other. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and gave no sense of being in a premium place after paying a good amount of money. It felt more like asking them for a free favor rather than being a valued guest. Room service was terrible – we called around five times at different intervals and no one ever answered. The room lacked even the most basic essentials: no bathrobe, no tissues, and the TV wasn’t even smart, so we couldn’t play YouTube. Cleanliness was also an issue – we found something sticky on the floor which was very disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable, water pressure was weak, the AC was warm most of the time, and the room itself was too small for the price paid. On top of that, the hotel policy felt very unreasonable. Check-in is only at 3:00 PM and check-out is forced at 12:00 PM the next day – this is pure exploitation! We even called in advance to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes earlier at 2:30 PM, and they refused. We had also requested a special setup for our anniversary, and they delayed us under the excuse of preparing it. But in the end, all they did was place two towels shaped like swans on the bed (as shown in the photo) – nothing worth delaying us for, and certainly nothing special. My rating for this hotel is 0/10, and I will never come back.
