White Resort in Krynica Morska

Owner is Mr ARROGANT PERSONIFIED. Doubled our pre agreed stay price because we decided to leave early.
Air conditioning consists of one fan photo included.
Breakfast very limited and only one size of plate. We had afternoon food on one day but arrived with 30 minutes to go and there was almost nothing left and no more refills for the buffet service. Also choice of drinks was water or water with a lemon slice in it!!
No parking spaces were available so they put us on the grass next to the gate.
In our room it says 4 stars but hotel is only rated 3.
The pictures of this hotel and the name suggest it is much bigger and much better.
Do not believe the aerial shots as the actually show 3 other buildings including at least one other hotel, which are nothing to do with this hotel !!!
Make sure you see any regulations before you part with any money.
Also if you are promised anything in advance, check it is provided when you arrive as this happened to us.
I strongly recommend you DO NOT make advance payments as this is why we lost half of our money!
The receptionists all men, are incredibly impolite especially the old guy who behaves like someone from a historical dictatorship!
We had to go outside to buy toilet paper and the room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay which was reduced to 3 days and 2 nights.
I have travelled the world from Norway to Australia and every continent in my life and I have never given a worse than average rating for any of my experiences but there is always an exception and this. Worst experience of my hotel stays in my life.
