The cheese selection was mediocre at best not to mention that the cheese was stale. Also no sliced tomatoes, and pretty basic stuff. Definitely could upgrade the food quality and up the choices

The spa area - very nice pool, and loved the saunas even though one was broken. The hammam and finish sauna did the trick. Also added bonus for the snow machine outside the Finnish sauna

We stayed for 2 nights in Sheraton in the heart of Sopot. The hotels location is spot on and one could not have asked for more

The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished while we were there but it was easy to get around the hotel to our room and get to reception when needed

Perfect location for a hotel, only place in Sopot with direct access to sandy beach (no way between hotel and beach). But very old and poor rooms :-/ Chabby carpets, dirty walls. for this prices not good enough

When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot

A wonder walk through old woodland down steps to the sandy beach and the Baltic, Hotel Aqua is in a terrific location. It is also a few minutes walk away from a railway station for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia

The front desk to get to the pool supplied clean towels, and you can buy goggles and armbands at a reasonable price. There is a spa, although I did not check it out, it seemed good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding

Water cooker in the room , but with just 4 teabags ( we stayed 3 nights) , perfect if there were a bar or restaurant in the hotel premises , we had to go looking for a restaurant, there are a few within walking distance

A local grocery store right across the street ( SKELP) in yellow signboard , selling everything from liquor to oranges and everything in between , so no need to walk 10 mins to the nearest ZABKA ( like 7-11 stores)

Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future

Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. To top it all off parking is limited and you have to pay, it's not cheap or reasonably priced

The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit

Close to the piers and restaurants. We checked in while they were filming and we weren't able to use most of the entrances nor the garden. They were limiting the ability to walk on the beach

Regarding the Sofitel in Sopot, the location and service were fantastic, truly enhancing my stay. However, it’s time to consider updating the rooms, which still reflect the 1980s and 90s, with more modern designs.

It would have been nice to have advance notice so we could decide if we wanted the impact. It is obviously older and every though it is clean, it just looks older. The staff are really friendly

We received macaroons for the inconvenience but a few cookies when you can't use part of the amenities on your vacation wasn't really making up for anything

The beds were comfortable in the rooms and our view was nice. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were nice. Dated furniture but nice liquor selection and view

The location is convenient, close to the beach. Perhaps because it's winter, there were fewer guests, but the sauna was always busy. Winter rates are quite reasonable, and the quality is good! I would visit again.

Although the hotel is a bit retro-oldish I enjoyed my stay a lot. A beautiful location in the park, spacious rooms, great service and delicious breakfast.

For kids it is awesome becouse there is a play room next to the check in, also there are three amazing saunas with a pool

They operated as a single system. The quality of both kinds of treatment were excellent. I preferred the “medical” massages to the “spa” massages because they were more technical and therapeutic

The medical massage therapists I spoke to were student physiotherapists undertaking a five year physiotherapy degree. They had already undertaken a two year technical massage education

I visited the “Graduation tower” for 45 minutes every day (basically a room full of loungers where you lie and breathe in air with a high concentration of salt) and had ten minute “inhalations with herbs” where you breathe in even higher concentrations of salt through a machine

The Sopotorium was fantastic and less than half the price of an equivalent stay in a spa hotel in the UK. The best bit were the treatments. There were two price lists: “medical center” treatments and “spa treatments”

Rezydent is a highly rated hotel — its location is excellent: near the train station, the Monte Cassino pedestrian street and the beach, so everything is within easy reach

I was satisfied with the location of the hotel - within the walking distance to the main beach and all the major attractions that the city of Gdynia offers to visitors, which was very convenient

But the absolute highlight was the hotel's restaurant a la carte! Brilliant, delicious, perfect dishes- great positive surprise! I would love to come back to this hotel just to the restaurant- absolutely superb! We had the fish soup, mushroom soup, chicken sous vide and pad thai

And chocolate fondant and ice cream! The breakfast was however quite normal, with missing egg- paste:( when there is sthg missing, don't leave the empty container - had I not seen it, I wouldn't have had aby problems with the absence of egg- paste;)

The hotel's interiors need refurbishing - a new fresh design to say goodbye to year 2000 and welcome year 2026;) maybe sthg bright, simple and scandinavian-like? Apart from that- we had a lovely view overlooking the harbour

The availability of a nice restaurant for the dinner and the breakfast buffet offered on site is a big plus especially after the season when many gastronomy businesses around are dormant

The territory is very well maintained, nice park for a nice walk. We are taking one star off for the glass door to bathroom - there was nothing romantic in that as the bathroom is one room with the toilet

So not sure where the designers were going with that but that was definitely not our favourite feature. Also the Gdynia town is nothing much really, so the surroundings further than the hotel park might not excite you

Great hotel 100 meters from the beach

Unfortunately stuff seem to be working under pressure from management, for example they are afraid even to give clean sheet or change towels more than every second or 3rd day – as result you need to obtain “approval” which simply puts you in awkward position where you have to explain why you even need them… this should not be a case in 4 star hotel and for the price you are paying

This place has great location next to the beach, fine restaurant and beautiful grading with playground for kids which makes it almost perfect for family
