This is our second stay at the hotel. I recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious. The pools are great. Everything is great.

A large hotel. It's like a city within a city. The rooms are large, but those facing the tennis court have a huge drawback – noise. You're woken by the noise of delivery trucks from 6 a.m. Breakfast is very good. Everything is available. There's a swimming pool, but there's no information on how to get to the saltwater pool. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. There is no comparison to what was here even 3-4 years ago...

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. It's child friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and you'll find nothing to complain about. The breakfast is truly memorable and overwhelming worth the investment. Don't miss it.

Where do I start....its certainly not a 5 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated and tired. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. To top it all off parking is limited and you have to pay, it's not cheap or reasonably...

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Lubicz! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared — thank you to Ewelina and Patryk for making it feel so welcoming. The room was fine, the bed comfortable, bathroom was clean and the whole suite have been cleaned every day. Armosphere at the hotel was good, receptionists were kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were also tasty. The only disadvantage was cool water at the swimming pool and sleeping in the family suite might be claustrofobic for persons sleeping upstairs on antresola ( mezzanine).

Clean hotel, staff was friendly, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. easy, secure parking on-site was a huge bonus for our trip. We most likely select this hotel next time

Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. Spa zone access is provided for 1h/day, but it’s a plus, cause it’s not crowded then. Lobby is perfectly decorated, the smell is fantastic near the Christmas tree 🎄🫶💥

Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great. The breakfast is a rich breakfast by white standards, a good choice.

The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. The staff was extremely friendly too I was never expecting that.

It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. The rooms are clean, carpets stained only occasionally, and in general, the breakfasts are awesome, withh a wide variety of vegan stuff as well as substitutes for allergic people. We really wanted to like this hotel. Unfortunately, there were just too many downsides. Clean and good location to the old town, breakfast same same

Great location on the granary island in close proximity to the old town square.Great bars and restaurants along the river side and in the square. The fireworks display on New year's Eve was brill on the bridge really enjoyed it. Great place to visit 👍

This is second time I've stayed here, the tram and bus stop are right outside to go most places like train station and shopping centre 5mins on tram. Most of the staff were great only bad I seen was the day I checked in the bar staff were moody, not just to me but other people. The AC worked pretty poorly, the hotel really wasn't anything special, it's stuffy, the food isn't like super great to justify some fo the prices. It honestly felt like 2007 summer camp with all the kids playing table tennis basically in the middle of the reception. I was hit with a ping pong ball while I went down to get some wine... It's a good location tho. So that was a huge plus

Enjoyed our stay at the Sadova. Handily placed around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gdansk and had a really nice pool and gym, so facilities were spot on. Chosen for a business trip, the location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the city center square. The service attitude was great, and breakfast was very diverse. It was Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas atmosphere 🎄

We had a family gathering to celebrate our mum's surprise 70's birthday in Sadova hotel, and spent there 4 nights. The whole reception team was involved to keep the surprise alive and they were amazing. We had a blast, and most amazing Easter we could ever imagine.

Great family hotel Great family-friendly hotel just a short walk from the beach. Very good food, and calm vibe. A big difference from the bustle of Leba town, which was great for relaxing after beach. We loved it here and will be back! NB: drinks are served at poolside, but they seem to discourage this by charging very highly for poolside service.

Visited on a road trip around Poland with my 8 year old daughter and father (who is disabled). Everything was great (including massage for me and my daughter l). The room was not fully equipped for a disabled person, though. Perhaps I just booked too late.

Qubus hotel Gdansk is perfect for a city break. It is the perfect location, so close to the all the city's attractions. Everything's within walking distance. From the moment we arrived... everything was faultless.. It is an absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing decor! The rooms are stunning - all different. Quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc and the bathrooms are gorgeous! Now to the staff... the Management have to take credit for the AMAZING staff... every single member of staff were so polite, helpful - nothing was too much trouble...
