This is our second stay at the hotel. I recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious. The pools are great. Everything is great.

A large hotel. It's like a city within a city. The rooms are large, but those facing the tennis court have a huge drawback – noise. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. It's child friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and you'll find nothing to complain about. The breakfast is truly memorable and overwhelming worth the investment. Don't miss it.

Where do I start....its certainly not a 5 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated and tired. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room isn't cramped. The location is also quite good; it's not in a busy area but still very close to everything. Breakfast was just okay.

The design of the hotel is very nice and clean. Just simple but less is more.

The gym is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views through the glass. It's also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, as they are within walking distance. Parking is in the adjacent building, as the hotel's parking is a bit pricey.

The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. We had a family gathering to celebrate our mum's surprise 70's birthday in Sadova hotel, and spent there 4 nights. The whole reception team was involved to keep the surprise alive and they were amazing. We had a blast, and most amazing Easter we could ever imagine.

I gave it four stars because of their service and support - we were dumped there by Lufthansa after they cancelled their flight literally at the last minute. But for Gdańsk the location and style were definitely on the lower side. Food was good though and plentiful.

Stayed here for a long weekend. It's almost next to the train station, so very convenient for arriving from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
