To hotel management: We (ID klienta 25134) have visited Your hotel between the dates 14. and 17.11. Our stay was quite pleasant, except for the moment we went to your spa-resort. The workers (nurses?) spoke no other language, eventhough there were several ones, and I myself speak 6 languages (including English and German), so it was extremely problematic to get along. Very nice hotel, welll located. It's very quiet. Good food and nice service. For wellness there is only one sauna which could be issue if you are really into it. Pool is big enough and 2 jacuzzi. We injoined the water jet massage.

Exceptional service from check in to check out. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. The cuisine is excellent. Frontal location. Classy service. Nice and tidy swimming pool. Efficient WiFi. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world. I recommend highly.

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

Beautiful room with comfy bed and beautiful view, smaller wellness equipped with toys for kids, sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis (water was not very warm). Unfortunately the wellness was closed on the last day so we could not use it. Also the receptionists were not friendly at all. Superb experience!!!We stay for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Staff was very professional and friendly, always with smile. We visited Hotel Sasanka for the first time and really enjoyed it, apart from a few things. Our last week experience. Everyday paying 35 Zl. for unguarded parking is too much. The hotel's sauna is not heated enough. We asked for a temperature 5 °C higher, but unfortunately - no response. Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied. Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned...

Great hotel, friendly staff and beautifully maintained rooms. Food at the Lobby restaurant and drinks at the bar are great. Only minor details are that the hotel is slightly out of the city center and up a few hills.

It was just perfect. We come back!!!
