The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got caught in a traffic jam coming from Prague and arrived late for our 1/2 board dinner and we didn't phone ahead to explain. They kept our table ready and food warm and served us 45-minutes after the normal closing time. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with a good variety of items. The fact that the hotel is full of German pensioners...

I've been a few times and somehow you want to go back there and the best thing is that I don't know why, because the hotel does not stand out with anything special. Service ok. Cleanliness ok. Lots of Germans. A few disadvantages, but acceptable.

A very atmospheric hotel, preserving tradition, each part consists of 3 other, with a different atmosphere, all comfortable and comfortable rooms, a restaurant, or actually two spacious and comfortable rooms. For those who value preserving tradition and combining it with the present. I was most delighted with the door to the rooms in the oldest part, simply the championship. I recommend

Spar was fantastic, Breakfast again fantastic... Only problem, due to private parties on both Friday and Saturday, we were told no bar for normal hotel guests... Beautiful rooms and friendly staff...

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. The cuisine is excellent. Frontal location. Classy service. Nice and tidy swimming pool. Efficient WiFi. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world. I recommend highly.

Really nice place, great service, location, and facilities. Fun bar staff and people at reception are terrific and very accomodating. Food is the weakest link, but still very decent.

Good Spa with nice swimming pool (inside), saunas etc. Food is excellent with all variations incl. local Polish specialities like pierogi or soups. Reception is OK. You can order massage or something else (payable).

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

Beautiful room with comfy bed and beautiful view, smaller wellness equipped with toys for kids, sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzis (water was not very warm). Unfortunately the wellness was closed on the last day so we could not use it. Also the receptionists were not friendly at all. Very late checkin, not very good for parents with small kids, they did nothing to accomodate us earlier. Average breakfast...

Superb experience!!!We stay for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Staff was very professional and friendly, always with smile. We had breakfest and dinner in bufet and the food was tasty and always good variation. The wellnes is amazing, never too busy, we always share with only few people. Sometimes we were there on our own. Whole space of wellnes you can see through glass outside to mountain....

Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied. Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned...

Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Delicious breakfasts. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared. But I'm pretty sure they will inform you about that prior to your visit.

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Soooooo... The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good. But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians...

Perfect 2 nights stay in the center and not far to mountains. Big, clean rooms, wide choice of breakfast, nice spa and pool area. It would be nice to get toiletries in the bathroom, as a small piece of soap for 2 nights and hanging bottle of shower gel is not the case for quite expensive 4 stars hotel

Great service (reception, cleaning, room service), Spa area and overall look. Rooms might feel sometimes like getting older and soon might require renovation but for me it is not a big deal. The gigant plus is breakfast and restaurant - a lot of options including vegan and vegetarian. Overall: excellent
