Then we visited the spa and pool, took a walk around the neighborhood, etc. The only drawback was the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working, even though it was hot 😅😅😅

All senses were satisfied - the taste, smell, music and appearance of the dishes provided an amazing experience. They highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and professional care

The hotel is located in a very picturesque place close to the border with the Czech Republic. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Physiotherapists are nice, helpful and know their profession

My parents spent a wonderful week at Le Mont Medical & Spa and they are delighted! The hotel is located in a secluded, quiet place, ideal for rest, with beautiful surroundings

Service at the highest level - always polite and helpful. The meals were delicious and the care provided by the rehabilitators was truly excellent

Additionally, my parents had the opportunity to attend a themed dinner inspired by French cuisine, which was absolutely delicious

Our favorite rooms are just the ones close to the pool and bowling alley that we love. There are elevators at every step, so people with difficulties will be able to cope with it for sure

We will be here more than once, because it is the only budget-friendly place for families, offering a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which are necessary for us for a successful holiday

The only small tips from us is a dryer standing in the room, because there are a lot of things to dry after the pool, and not enough hangers for a family of 4

It is also important that no one is frowning and shouting that it is impossible to take infinite food to the room! Because it's better than throwing it away. A lot of space, no one bumps into each other

We are here for the 10th time, we are coming back for a reason. The rooms are clean and modernizations are also made (we like the new carpets, curtains and finally the smart TV)

Many people will certainly benefit from rehabilitation or cosmetic treatments, Wonderful location on the hill. Walking in picturesque surroundings is good for your health

The room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We love that the hotel offers a wonderful spa area where we could relax after a day exploring the area

The cuisine also deserves praise - the food was delicious and varied. The entire stay at the Era Hotel was extremely pleasant for us, and the atmosphere of the place made us happy to come back

Hotel Era in Świeradów Zdrój made a huge impression on us. From the moment we arrived, we felt special there - the staff was extremely polite and helpful

The only downside was they state no children but allow them in if people have evening meals there and you have children running around while you're having dinner

Cons: • Weak water pressure in the shower in the room (the shower by the pool was excellent). • The radiators barely heated up, so towels and other items didn't dry after the pool

There's a shared kitchenette upstairs. There's a swimming pool for guests and parking. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, and to the cooks who prepared a special fried egg for my daughter

We stayed at Hotel Pasja for several days. Pros: • Excellent pool and sauna – open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and until 11:00 PM on weekends. Very nice after a day of exploring

The pool is great, and the sauna is open from morning to night, so you can use it whenever you want. There's a refrigerator, but it's the only one on the first floor

Overall, the hotel is good: quiet area, well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent pool and sauna. Recommended, despite some minor drawbacks

The smell was like sewage and each time someone else used their bathroom it gurgled back in ours. We also had a clump of black hair in our bed. Breakfast seemed like a bit of a free for all, but was adequate

Outdated and smelly What looked like a lovely hotel on pictures was a very outdated hotel in person. It was incredibly dated and smelt. The location however was really good in a lovely town

Our room was basic and had a balcony. Unfortunately the balcony overlooked a building site which was a shame. The worst part was the bathroom, besides being outdated it smelt awful

The orange and apple juice was watered down and untasty. Overall, we wouldn’t return to this hotel but would return to the area

The food was absolutely to die for — fresh, delicious, and with a fantastic variety every day:)) The treatment personnel were also wonderful — professional, friendly, and even funny, which made the experience even more enjoyable! The only downside was an unpleasant interaction with the staff member responsible for the peat mud treatment (borowina)

I had a great stay and definitely plan to return! The reception desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a quiet room with good Wi-Fi, and they presented me with several options to choose from

A very atmospheric hotel, preserving tradition, each part consists of 3 other, with a different atmosphere, all comfortable and comfortable rooms, a restaurant, or actually two spacious and comfortable rooms

I've been a few times and somehow you want to go back there and the best thing is that I don't know why, because the hotel does not stand out with anything special. A few disadvantages, but acceptable

Why not 5 stars: Small sauna. Poor refrigerator in the room. Not attentive lady at bar - she always went to wash glasses when we were waiting right in front of her ready to order

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world

(and not, there was not a crowd) But overall, everyone except the bar lady was nice and we got good value for the price

Nevertheless, on that „full“ day both of us finally had a 1) water bed massage (15 minutes) 2) a pearl bath (15 minutes) and 3) some oxygen inhalation in a massage chair + a cup of tea (30 minutes)

We had also included breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty on buffet breakfast. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. We recommend everybody, who likes holidays in mountains , to visit "The White Rock"

We visited this hotel on the recommendation of friends! We went with a 6-year-old child for the weekend, planning an active holiday with skiing and sledding, but we were unlucky with the weather, +12'C there was no snow at all! Therefore, we enjoyed the pool, baths, and jacuzzi with great pleasure

The pool is large and warm, the child swam from morning to evening) The room is cozy, the whole hotel is clean and well-kept. The restaurant is delicious, but it takes a long time to cook! Breakfast buffet - varied

we don't speak polish but found common language with the staff without problems. The pool, although not big, but we managed to catch the moment when we were alone in it. This is the best hotel in this area

We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not written on the site) we were given two old towels (not white and gray)

I didn’t want to even touch these towels, much less wipe with them. The water park is good, but children under 18 years old can’t enter the saunas, this is also a minus. The only thing I liked was the delicious breakfast

The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable
