The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms needed more light and the shower was awful. The water trickled out and was either hot or freezing. With that being said we’d still stay here again. The location is excellent!

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The beds are not good at all but the rooms are ok. They need some kind of a service that you can get some sandwiches or snacks. Especially at Christmas time.
