I wrong date booking, but hotel is not accepted to change the date and discount even if would be informed in advance.

The set up is rather unusual. It’s single floor with restaurant, pool table, some fitness machines, and reception desk all in large lobby with skylight on top which is nice. But all the rooms’s door opens to this mixed used large space. And since it’s a functional space you hear anything happens in this space in your room! So if you get unlucky, forget about quiet time.

For us the most unpleasant experience was the service. I have stayed in numerous Polish hotels and always had an amazing experience with service until I stayed here.

We were staying for one night here. At night we noticed the shower is not draining so we brought it up to the receptionist. He kindly came and used some wires to unplug and poured unblocker down the drain. As a result the sewage smell was so strong that we had to leave the room for few hours. But the problem didn’t get resolved at the end….

The next morning another receptionist told us that there will be plumber coming to fix the drain at 11am! We asked her to change the time to after 12pm and after we check out and not during our stay since we won’t get to benefit from that anyways… she said she can’t!!! We asked to at least extent our stay to 1 pm since she is using our time and she hesitated so much to accept it! A couple of hours after she came to us that plumber is not going to come and because of that we need to check out at 12:30 rather than 1!

I had never seen such a bad customer service at any hotel I had stayed in my life.

Upon checking in we requested 2 cards since we were 2 and there was so much hesitation and remarks around it!

I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

The hotel is centrally located, but it’s very difficult to find due to nearby construction and a complete lack of signage. The entrance looks more like an abandoned building from a horror movie than a hotel—nothing like the photos online.

Inside, the disappointment continues. The rooms are basic and feel more like student dorms than hotel accommodations. The price definitely doesn't reflect the quality. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I did expect something reasonably clean and welcoming.

I didn’t have much contact with the staff, but the brief interactions I had were fine.

Thankfully, I only stayed one night. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s your absolute last option.
