Nothing to complain about! Rooms are nice and cozy, free water and champagne in the rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, a window, a TV with Netlfix. Breakfast is good, healthy and tasty. There's also a choice to order waffles or crepes or poached eggs or omelettes. The staff are nice and friendly. Location is ideal, right next to the Rynek Platz. Great place to stay, nothing to complain about!

Cold room with no working heating unwelcoming corridors and an overall disappointing stay. The location and service were okay. Its a shame that my first time leaving a review has to be a negative one but this really pushed me to warn others

OK place to stay right in the centre of Krakow. Maybe a bit more dated and tired looking than some other hotels but for PLN200 (£40) per night it was good value. All staff seemed pleasant enough and spoke good English. Room was clean and quite large with tea/coffee and a fridge. Over bath shower with toiletries provided.

What a location.. right on the main square. Beautiful rooms, clean and spacious overlooking the square. Great staff, amazing breakfast. Helped us when flights cancelled too. Thank you

- The air con cannot be controlled and adjusted in the room specifically but temperature is the same for the entire hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. If you come and go from your room a lot, or are mobility-restricted, you may want to ask for a room on the 1st floor. The elevator is very, very small and you will spend a lot of time waiting for it. This is a beautiful, historic building so tiny elevators are to be expected. The bathrooms were recently redone and, to be honest, mine was pretty awkward with nowhere to put my toiletries, but that's a minor issue. Overall, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Would give zero if I could. Majority of staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Asked about the price of a Doctor around 4pm as I was feeling unwell and faint (which was met with laughs and the receptionists talking to each other in Polish). We were told we would get a call - we heard nothing back and then a Doctor turned up 6 hours later asking for 250 zloty. I couldn't pick up a prescription after being told I could and the staff did not help at all. I was diagnosed with a Virus when I got home. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

NIce hotel with a river view . The restaurant on the rooftop is really amazing with fabulous views . Rooms are pretty big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and communicates in English pretty well. They also have a good spa in the property. Overall a good value for money hotel.
