We stayed in this hotel for only one night, thankfully.. nothing wrong with service, everyone was really nice, although not everyone spoke English, they still tried to be helpful..
The first thing that really bothered us was the strong smell of smoking in the hallways and in the room which was unsuccessfully covered by spraying some perfume which is also disgusting and bad for health.. so the first thing we did was open the window wide trying to air the room.. of course that meant it was really cold in the room afterwards (in November) so we put the AC on stronger fan but that wasn’t really heating much..
We tried to make tea in our room (we always travel with an induction plate which always works everywhere, never had problems), but here the the fuse went out every time we tried - the AC plus that was too much for it.. which meant we didn’t have a light in the bathroom to take a shower in the night or any heating for the whole night..
The third thing that really bothered us was the carpeted floors.. who puts carpets in hotels, where people walk around in shoes and it’s impossible to clean it properly without heavy chemicals detrimental to your health?? Yuck..

The price-ratio quality was great. The hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were able to advise us and solve our problems. The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the center, there are Žabka stores in the vicinity of the hotel, accessibility by car is also excellent. The breakfast was very rich and varied, there is a coffee machine and a juicemat and smoothie too. The hotel really deserves 4 stars.

The room was very poorly equipped with hygiene items. There was only soap and shampoo in the room, I would have expected more from such a hotel. There were hairs under the sheets.

Very cosy, compact, simplistic, yet very efficient hotel. If you travel because of ice hall related activities - look no further. 24/7 check-in was so smooth, took 2 minutes to get in our room at 04:00 after arriving from airport. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast is very tasty, fresh and for a great value. When some food trays gone empty, ladies from kitchen asked us, what exact extra food should they prepare, so we don't miss it out. Room provided was of perfect size, clean and well maintained, absolute absence of any odours. Shower had good water pressure, bathroom was immaculately clean. Housekeeping was changing bedding and towels probably even bit too frequently (in a good sense). All nights we were able to find vacant space at free hotel parking lot. Sound isolation was good, has guests next door, but couldn't hear a sound. All this came at extremely competitive price, and it felt rather like 3 stars hotel, not 2 as it says.

Very good value for money. We spent only one night in the hotel there. The room was nice and clean. Check in and out went through an automated kiosk, so it was quite convenient. There was large free parking lot at the front of the hotel. We were satisfied with our stay.

Pleasant, clean, close to restaurants. I just wish I had known this is not a hotel and there is no reception. I would have not stayed here. I was travelling on my own and wanted to know staff was there to help in case of problems. Worst of all no kettle so four stars. Overall recommended.

Pros: Room was clean and modern. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and plenty. Staff at restaurant was wery kind and helpful.
Cons: Receptionist's English was poor. There was no electricity in the room at the morning for a while. Amount of hot water was small in the shower. There were drunk loud people in hotel parking place at midnight.

Do not go there in the heat of summer. AC does not cool the room. It barely blows any air at all. Otherwise - could not ask for anything more. Fits the price and 2 star rating..
