Went there with my class, and overall it was a nice stay!
Has a great Bowling/Kicker/Billiard area, but nothing much else in terms of activities..

Food was fine, but definitely nothing for picky eaters! Had some troubles with my allergies on the first day, therefore had to pay for a dish off the menu :/ Veggie versions were available, but nothing vegan either - tough the food looked and tasted quite bland either way!

The rooms were fine, except the cleaning staff (probably) knocked over my makeup bag onto the tiles, and my eyeshadow was destroyed.. Had two spiders in our bathroom, but that wasn‘t the biggest issue.

Would go to Krakow again, but most likely not the same hotel as it was quite far by foot from the center as well!

I stayed here for almost a month for business so I think I've fully experienced the hotel. My experience was very good here. It's clear the hotel serves both groups and regular guests. So if you are a regular guest, don't worry, you are not sharing the restaurant with a large group, they have their own area. What I really appreciated was when a large group was in the other area, the waiting staff let you know there could be a slightly longer wait on being served. The room was absolutely fine and was cleaned every day, beds made and towels changed. The best thing by far is the quality of the food in the restaurant, really good and very well presented. The only down side was the wifi, some days it was fine, other days it was unusably slow. In terms of distance, to walk to the main square in Krakow took me about 22 minutes which was a nice walk in over the river and past the castle. There's frequent trams from about 6mins away that will whizz you in if that's too far to walk.

Rooms are clean and large, with good AC in them. Food is excellent and the hotel is conveniently located for the Kazimierz area of Krakow, although a slightly longer walk to Rynek Glowny (about 25 mins at a slow pace, but with plenty to see along the way). I would stay again.

We stayed with a group (43 people, most of whom were 17-18 years old) at the hotel from 28.4.25 to 1.5.25. This was our first time at this hotel. Everything went great and the staff was helpful and flexible as much as possible. A quiet and comfortable hotel, the breakfast met the requirements of our group very well. I hope this will become "our" hotel in the future.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff team were very helpful and friendly. If we come back we will definitely stay here

We arrived as a group of about 60 of us, for a University trip and when I tell you we were knackered after travelling all day on zero hours sleep, the staff were so quick and easily got us checked in before our check-in time! The rooms were clean and tidy, and we had breakfast ever morning, consisting of: eggs, croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, salad, bread, crepes, etc! The choice was great, and even though the staff weren't overly friendly, I can't help but think that's because there were a million uni students running around. If you're wanting a cheap place to stay, with a really tasty breakfast, I would definitely recommend coming here. I cna honestly say if I were travelling back to Krakow, I would try and book in here first.

Distinctly average, but worth three stars. Hotel Wilga gets most things right, but is not exceptional. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but ours was a bit on the small side. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. It's a 20 min walk to Krakow's central attractions. The games room was closed during our visit. Staff are pleasant and helpful, but not always in attendance. Placing emphsis on comfort, clenliness and food, I would nothave no hesitate to return, it's worth three stars.

We were part of a 25 person group and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. While we arrived after a full day of sightseeing and felt tired, the welcome and ease of check in was just the beginning of our exceptional experience at this hotel. We found the room comfortably furnished, extremely clean and spacious. What put a big smile on our tired faces was the staff! We were served a pre arranged group dinner that was excellent. Chef Slawek’s selection of a hearty, tasty vegetable soup followed by a pork cutlet with a traditional polish cabbage side dish rivaled any fancy restaurant. His cheerful, outgoing personality made us forget about our tiredness! And Kasia, our server was the loveliest person I encountered in Poland. Her warmth, her helpfulness and cheerful attitude made our experience very joyful and a great example of the welcoming Polish people. We kept on smiling as we left her and the chef in the hotel’s restaurant. We could not have imagined a better hotel experience on a visit to Krakow.

I have been to Wilga Hotel and I had a great night. We were bowling and playing pool and the staff was really nice. Kasia and Anastasia were very friendly they made great cocktails, and have been a wonderful company. I certainly recommend.
