This is my I think third stay at the hotel. My experience was always very good, the staff is very professional and informative, the penthouse is spacious and nicely done, hot tube was always ready with good temperature. Overall great experience, that makes me come back here. I never had issues with noise, always a peaceful night. The restaurant here is really awesome. Dishes are delicious and staff is very attentive.

Nice location on the outskirts, close to lidl and biedronka shops, good location close to the airport. Next to the hotel there is also a restaurant. The room is clean, warm and has nice lighting. The only downside is that there was no kettle where you could make coffee or tea (most hotels already have this as standard equipment). And besides that the room is worth its price. I recommend this hotel

First of all worst hotel manager and worst hotel reception. We booked Penthouse room from Booking.com and when we arrived to hotel yesterday they gave us Buddha room and we stayed in that room 2 years ago and it was very cold. That’s why we booked Penthouse room but they told us Penthouse room is given to someone and they can’t change anything now. As 2 years ago it was same, room is freezingly cold and fireplace was not working. Only one air conditioner and it’s not enough. Floor is freezingly cold and no slippers, no carpets even. When we told reception to supply one more heater they said they don’t do this and we asked her to come to room and help with fireplace she said she won’t come. After jacuzzi in the room you are feeling like you are in Antarctica. In the morning check out time they threatened us that they won’t release our deposit money from our card. They called me stupid and they told me to get out of there. A professional management would ask what is the problem and how to solve but those amateurs just gave us threatening. You are getting worse and worse. I don’t recommend anyone this hotel.

This is a great place to stay, a very luxurious boutique style hotel with spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff all round. Amazing restaurant and mouth watering food on the menu, great efficient service thanks to Iwona who also helped us in choosing and suggesting great dishes. It’s our third time eating here and she has been amazing on all occasions. Thank you Iwona😊. We will be back soon. Our only suggestions are that they pay more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, for example the stain on bedsheets, dust and dirt on furniture. The drainage of the showers is poor we have stayed in 3 different rooms and had the same experience of water flowing into the room. It’s a great place that needs a bit more attention as it is getting a bit run down. Saying that I recommend that you come and experience this amazing place. We will be back again. Thank you Ramka !!.

We loved the room, it was very beautiful. But I must say, it was very dirty, the Jacuzzi … we stayed three nights, in the last day the smell was horrible because they didn’t change the water, they have a automatic system they told us, and the system runs at night, that means that you will wake up, if you are a light sleeper, at night, every night with the sounds of the Jacuzzi. But I also have to say that the staff is amazing. If it was more clean, I will give it 5 stars.
The place is very calm, but you can hear everything from the other rooms.

After reading the reviews from a week ago we were so scared to stay in the hotel. We thought of canceling the hotel, because we can't handle disgusting smells, rooms or noice.

The hotel has a unique design, the rooms are clean and the lady at the front desk helped us with finding a ATM and called a taxi for us.
The city centre takes approximately 20 minutes by taxi and we payed around €6, -

We booked two rooms, our room was perfect, the room of our friends was a little bit damaged (the headboard) but nothing seriously.

We didn't use the breakfast facilities, the Lidl with fresh breads is next door.

Our rooms didn't had a shower, we looked forward to shower after a long drive. In stead of showering we took a long bath while watching some TV.
