Everything's fine. Ok parking places, also access. A very nice gentleman in the restaurant. But the price / quality ratio is unfavorable. Pretty expensive for such a standard.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and varied. Neat and tidy. I recommend.

A very nice hotel, we spent Christmas Eve and holidays in it. The food was very tasty and plentiful, the service very nice and helpful. Close to the slope, the hotel also has a very nice ski room and a small bar with beer or mulled wine. Only minutes is no elevator, constantly walking to the rooms on the third floor can be tiring.

The environment, service, food and place music really good. We come here each winter from 2020 to have dinner and every year they outdo themselves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent a week with my family and it was perfect! We could see the slope from our window. People working there are really nice even if we couldn't speak the language, they managed to understand us. Breakfast was waiting for us when we came down. The place is really clean and warm. I really recommend this place.

It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Whole experience ruined on the last day. I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

We had a great stay in the apartment. Place was new, super clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a great option in cold weather. Location can’t be better if you want to be in the town centre , walking distance to all restaurants and the park. We rented a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. As we travel with our toddlers, the outside patio and playground was a great bonus.

Hello, I have a tourist office and coach hire, we have been going to Sara for 15 years with schools, there has never been a problem with delicious food. Everything for that, if someone is looking for groups is ok, it is not Sheraton or Gołebiewski, but the price is also ten times lower. I recommend 5+
