We decided to spend our vacation in this hotel and it was the best choice. Very, very quiet place, the hotel is surrounded with trees an instead of spa you can rest there. Hotel room was ultra clean and mineral water was given daily free of vhargd. I appreciate ideal water temperature in pool, fitness room, room for children with toys and different activities and extra bonus - fantastic breakfast....

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome during our stay. The Spa was very relaxing and well maintained. The surroundings are beautiful too, with a peaceful forest perfect for a walk. Highly recommended!

It used to be our favorite hotel and during the week you will have there a nice place to relax. During the weekend it's more crowded and not so peaceful also the service is weaker during the weekend. We are coming here more than 9 years and comparing past experience it used to be better.

Nice place with ongoing construction work - noisier. The town of Polanica very pleasant, as well as the spa park. Spacious room, well equipped. The bathroom is quite large, but not very purposefully furnished. Free parking. Not to be missed Clean facility, excellent restaurant, super breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool, bowling alley, disco, tennis, barbecue, wonderful. It's a three-star hotel but deserves at least four stars, not to be missed.

A comfortable hotel placed convienently near the spa park. We particularly appreciated the big seimming pool. The only negative was a very wet floor in the aisle in front of sauna.

We spent 4 days in the hotel Polanica. It has been our second time and the reason was most of all: excellent food served twice daily. Variety of salads, cold cuts, greens and meals of the best ever choices, not to mention desserts. We stayed in a room with the balcony, the room was well equipped with necessities and clean beds. Great location, home-style breakfast (lots of mayo everywhere though), elevator. However our apartment on the top floor had a very poor bath, noticable signs of clumsy renovation, old-fashioned and uncomfortable beds... It's Ok to stay there, but you shouldn't expect much.

The stay was great. Place is located near to the park. It is perfect for relaxing stay. They have great breakfast. Everybody find something for themselves.

Great place to stay and with tasty food, especialy breakfast.....but they need to improve maid services and make lobby and the restaurant more inviting . The personnel both Polish and Ukrainian very polite and helpful. The front desk folks also very helpful and accommodating. Overall close to 5 stars but not quite there yet. Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

Excellent location near the spa park. Nice rooms well equipped. Excellent food in the form of a buffet for breakfast and dinner or a la carte. Service is slower with poor English. The wellness is not bad, but from 19:00 unattended and suffering from a lack of towels and rude guests who occupy the whirlpool for 60 minutes and at the same time block the sunbeds.

Really great hotel, with unbeatable location in Polanica. Lavish buffet breakfast with home made products (ham, pate, bread, cakes, smoked trout) ...were absolutely delicious ! I also enjoyed a cup of coffee on an outside terrace overlooking the Zdrojowy Park, one of the main attractions of the city. Can also recommend Ania in SPA for facial treatments :) It is a place where the staff truly care about...

I am absolutely convinced this hotel is the best to spend time at. The welcoming attitude of Staff, ready and open to support guest any time in any matter, the high quality food served, varied and delicious, atmosphere of piece, warmth, relax, also in the spa area, facilities for children for any weather may be, makes me want to come back again with my family. So im gonna talk about how the water pressure keeps going off and on and at this point u have a sensation its gonna explode soon, the toilet keeps going on and on and it just dosent stop making noise its so annoying cant even take a shower, on the good side its located near q nice park where there are plenty of shops and the rooms are pretty good

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, a family of 2. The rooms were large and clean (although a child found a pill next to the bed, probably from the previous guests. I don't blame the cleaning staff for this, as I wouldn't have noticed it myself, but I advise caution with smaller children, who tend to put everything in their mouths). Large rooms, comfortable beds in the room, fridge and electric kettle, but there are no cups of tea or coffee as far as the room is concerned, you can still fault the stinking drain the whole bathroom "smells" of it. In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

A charming hotel in a park. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool, saunas, and mineral water pump room are included in the price. Breakfast could be better, but everyone will find something to enjoy without a problem. The coffee machine definitely needs replacing, even though the coffee is good—there are always some malfunctions, and the staff, even if they bend over backwards...

A lovely hotel in a park, unfortunately surrounded by a parking lot. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the overhead lights in the room and bathroom are terribly cold. The TV system is strange, as you have to obtain a code at the reception. The code isn't for the entire stay, but for, say, three days. The location, standard, and amenities of the rooms were a huge plus. However, during our stay, there was an unpleasant incident: a guest set off the fire alarm at 2:00 a.m., which continued for a good half hour.
