Contrary to what one might think at first glance, looking at the building might be a bit surprising. It's true that the guesthouse's glory days are behind it. True, but... We spent three days at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The dancing was great. It was fun!

A mid-range hotel. Rooms were average...the worst part were the floors...stained carpets...only the bathrooms were of a decent standard. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite cold...the pool was closed...the breakfast was modest, with tables covered in stained tablecloths...leftover from the previous evening's party. The gala dinner was quite tasty. I wouldn't recommend it. It's okay for a one-night...

We spent three days at this hotel. The staff at check-in were okay and helpful. The room was satisfactory and clean. The bathroom was okay, but the shower drain was clogged, making showering quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was also included in the price. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, service is nice, the owner doesn't give a damn.

A bit old as pretty much every hotel here in Zieleniec. They give you free skipasses if you stay with them several days. Ski lift is just in front of the hotel.

Great hotel. Sking door to door, very helpful staff, good food, lovely hot-tub and sauna which all the family enjoyed after a busy day on the slopes and night skiing too. Plenty of lifts, bars and varied runs. All 22 members of our group which included 12 children and teenagers will be coming back. Highly recommended

The Zieleniec Hotel is fantastic!! We had a wonderful experience there. The hotel is very well located, in the top of the mountain, offering the best view in the area. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, with a nice bathroom and an unsurpassable view from the balcony. The food is so good!!! Authentic Polish food and anything you want to have....

If you like old buildings and decorations on beautiful places, this is your hotel. And the breakfast was amazing.

Awesome dinner with lovely romantic vibes. We ordered steak and fish. The steak was juicy and wonderfully tender and filled with flavor. It was cooked well and wasn't chewy or dry. The fish was also very good.

Great location, if you have a car it's perfect for a stay during your winter vacation. The rooms are quite spacious. Plenty of formidable restaurants within a walking distance + c.a. 10 mins by car to Zieleniec Ski. Looks stylish. The breakfast, specifically scrambled eggs, delicious.

Lovely accommodations but really the best part is the restaurant which is EXCELLENT. I'd come here just for the food.

Very special place with its unique deco. When you book to stay in such a hotel, you know it’s a bit dated so you can’t expect a freshly refurbished interior especially for this price. Everything was functional, the place itself was very peaceful with delicious breakfast and kind staff. I highly recommend!

Goid place clean room near to park

So im gonna talk about how the water pressure keeps going off and on and at this point u have a sensation its gonna explode soon, the toilet keeps going on and on and it just dosent stop making noise its so annoying cant even take a shower, on the good side its located near q nice park where there are plenty of shops and the rooms are pretty good

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, a family of 2. The rooms were large and clean (although a child found a pill next to the bed, probably from the previous guests. I don't blame the cleaning staff for this, as I wouldn't have noticed it myself, but I advise caution with smaller children, who tend to put everything in their mouths). First impression great, location also a plus. Large rooms, comfortable beds in the room, fridge and electric kettle, but there are no cups of tea or coffee as far as the room is concerned, you can still fault the stinking drain the whole bathroom "smells" of it. Breakfasts ok, small selection, lunches very poor. Food tasteless, not salted, we ate the same every day ..... No fruit for breakfast, lunch...

In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

Nice place with ongoing construction work - noisier. The town of Polanica very pleasant, as well as the spa park. Spacious room, well equipped. The bathroom is quite large, but not very purposefully furnished. Free parking. Not to be missed Clean facility, excellent restaurant, super breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool, bowling alley, disco, tennis, barbecue, wonderful. It's a three-star hotel but deserves at least four stars, not to be missed.

A comfortable hotel placed convienently near the spa park. We particularly appreciated the big seimming pool. The only negative was a very wet floor in the aisle in front of sauna.

We spent 4 days in the hotel Polanica. It has been our second time and the reason was most of all: excellent food served twice daily. Variety of salads, cold cuts, greens and meals of the best ever choices, not to mention desserts. We stayed in a room with the balcony, the room was well equipped with necessities and clean beds. Great location, home-style breakfast (lots of mayo everywhere though), elevator. However our apartment on the top floor had a very poor bath, noticable signs of clumsy renovation, old-fashioned and uncomfortable beds... It's Ok to stay there, but you shouldn't expect much.

The stay was great. Place is located near to the park. It is perfect for relaxing stay. They have great breakfast. Everybody find something for themselves.

I can't say enough good things about Hotel Adam Spa. I spent 11 days there with my mum for her birthday retreat. We indulged in highly enjoyable spa treatments, including a mineral mud bath, hydrojet, and sessions in a salt cave. The spa and hotel staff were professional, helpful, and polite. The facilities were equally wonderful, and the location couldn't be better—just a stone's throw from the town...

It's a very nice hotel, the facilities here are very good aswell I especially liked the wee TV room with individual TVs and recliners. The reason for my lower rating is because the staff here are horrible, especially the blonde girl on reception. My wife speaks fluent polish and anytime we asked the reception for information or help they where nothing but rude to us and expected us to know ourselves...

As for the building housing the Polonia Sanatorium, I really liked it. It's a historic building located in the very center of Kudowa-Zdrój. The sanatorium has been renovated. I just came back from Sanatorium Polonia, I was there for the first time and I will never come back. Reception ladies ok, cleaning ladies ok, physiotherapists ok. But the doctor works for a penalty. We were with my wife until 07/12/2022, we are very pleased. We do not understand why there are so many negative opinions about this facility, which is located in the city center, next to the spa park. Helpful staff (reception, cleaning service, rehabilitation, kitchen) you can have some reservations about meals, but this is not a 4-star hotel, only a senatorium. weeks of stay was great.

Stayed here July 3/5. Excellent hotel. Very quiet at night you will sleep like a baby. God is good hallelujah.

After arrival, they told me, the shower is broken and no other free rooms in current place, so they suggested to be in their second hotel, 10 min walk away and not located in center. Second hotel does not have reception, so we went to main hotel for a breakfast. In general, everything is good except leaving in far away hotel. Quality of hotel is good

I recommend this resort to everyone, which I left today with my family. We stayed in two different rooms, rooms 5 and 21. I give it a six for its exceptional cleanliness, nice room amenities, location, delicious and plentiful breakfasts, and fantastic service and price.

The only photo I managed to take is from the balcony. The house is located right next to Spa Park, just a few steps from the Czech border. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony—though overlooking the street—proved to be a very pleasant place to relax. The long August weekend is behind us. Indeed, the reviews about this resort are true. Clean, pleasant, and the service is excellent. The breakfasts are truly hearty and delicious. Family run hotel. Very unique type of accommodation. Old and new part of building. One of the best wellnesses, included in a price, one can get! Kitchen like a homade style of cooking. A very nice hotel, situated on a hill right on the Czech border. There are many mountain trails nearby, and a ski slope is nearby. It's an ideal place for hiking and driving. The hotel is in a really peaceful and quiet location, which we appreciated and enjoyed. However, the bathroom was not in great condition – it definitely needs some maintenance and improvement. The food was okay, nothing special but not terrible either. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for a calm environment, but don't expect high standards when it comes to facilities.
