Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The place doesn't deserve 5 stars imho. Looks like it was rushed during the building phase. Not too many attractions for kids, and the Gaming area is there to take your money ( 30 sec games for almost 1 euro). Nice swimming pool. Good Swedish table for breakfast. 3 stars from me over all:)

Nice place. Great atmosphere and really delicious breakfast. I couldn’t spend time on any other activities but as I noticed there is cool water attractions. Rooms are super tidy ad clean. I totally recommend this hotel.

+ quiet and tranquil place, very close to the mountain + good location for some of the hiking routes there. Location is ok. Away from the city

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Soooooo... The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good. But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians...

Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings. Also unfortunately no restaurant services available at this hotel either. If you are looking for a quiet hotel where you only need the room then this is ideal

Well it was kind of okay. I asked them I have a work call if they can delay my check out by 15 mins (denied). I tried to find a dustbin in my room none found. In the bathroom other than the handwashing there was absolutely nothing.

Very basic hotel swimming pool is not what seems availability very reduced shared with a swimming school ! 24 hour bar is a bonus

Very satisfied. The front desk service is very good, with a bunch of beauties. The room is very quiet. There is a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and toothbrush.

It is a hotel in a building built in the 19th century do has character. It was comfortable to stay in and I slept well. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I never had it. This may not be the best choice for a light sleeper as the curtains are decorative I.e. there is a muslin type curtain across the window and then a small piece of curtain at each edge of the window meaning the curtains cannot...

It's located very close to the beautiful Wroclaw Station. The corridors on the guest floors are carpeted, and the rooms are a little old, but elegant. Close to the train station. Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The exterior has a historic feel. The rooms and corridors are also a bit old and dark. The beds are a bit small. Perhaps because there is little traffic, it was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items. They also looked after my luggage after I checked out.

Service and location - awesome, but the rooms are pretty worn out. Also for the first night we had rusty warm water and then no hot water at all. It was fixed after our complaint for the second night.

Big old stone built hotel, close to the centre. Is a bit old in places but the room was fine, nice and warm with comfortable bed and everything working and clean. The check-in system is a bit slow as you have to type on a tablet, which is annoying, but staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was "old school" Polish, which to me is a good thing - more traditional things like ogorki and less stuff...

Perfect 2 nights stay in the center and not far to mountains. Big, clean rooms, wide choice of breakfast, nice spa and pool area. It would be nice to get toiletries in the bathroom, as a small piece of soap for 2 nights and hanging bottle of shower gel is not the case for quite expensive 4 stars hotel

I am very happy with that Hotel. Central, but very well located to make a trips to Szrenica or to the Waterfalls Kamieńczyk, Szklarka. Great service (reception, cleaning, room service), Spa area and overall look. Rooms might feel sometimes like getting older and soon might require renovation but for me it is not a big deal. My daughter and I stayed here for a couple of nights to enjoy the Christmas market. The hotel is beautiful, it feels so solid and calm and smells amazing from the minute you walk through the door! It is an excellent location to see the city. Well placed for many great restaurants and cafes in the streets around the hotel. Friendly staff, what seemed newly furnished rooms and bathroom. Simply but beautifully finished . Great value for money. We didn't get to the "wine cellar" but did enjoy a glass of prosecco in the evening sun on the front decking. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic value for a great quality hotel. One nights stay as part of a city break. Location was nice and quiet and only a short walk from the centre. Comfortable bed and clean facilities and well maintained. Will be back if we we return to Wroclaw

Excellent hotel, tastefully refurbished whilst retaining the old architectural features. Very friendly staff, good sized rooms, decent continental breakfast. The hotel and rooms are very clean and it is so conveniently located, just a five minute walk to the Old Town square. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Wroclaw. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

Just back from a great stay at this hotel.A beautiful converted monastery,rooms large and spotlessly clean,bathrooms lovely. Just a 5 minute walk into the old town perfectly situated with cafes and bars dotted all around the hotel. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Overall had a great stay and would definitely return and also recommend.

We had just a breakfast at the restaurant during the way back to Poznań. We jumped in 1h after the breakfast was finished. They let us in without any complaints, served us the full set of dishes, giving us even too much food for the standard price. The staff was really nice.

Rather a negative experience. In addition to the main building, the hotel also uses a floor in the adjacent building, but it is not written anywhere, and staying in another building was inconvenient. You have to go outside for breakfast (winter!), the room was difficult to find (the reception didn't tell us the room number, the young man didn't know English). A quiet hotel away from the center and for that reason not really a place to stay when you're a tourist. However, it is clean and the service was courteous. It is near the river so that's a definite plus. It's a good place to hold corporate integration events.

Hotel is very clean with nice design but room quality probably vary room by room. We found our room of worst style than advertised pictures, with dated furniture and bathroom. Unfortunately we had very bad sleep here, single beds are 80 cm width only and are very narrow, one old pillow per bed. If you like old buildings and decorations on beautiful places, this is your hotel. And the breakfast was amazing.

Awesome dinner with lovely romantic vibes. We ordered steak and fish. The steak was juicy and wonderfully tender and filled with flavor. It was cooked well and wasn't chewy or dry. The fish was also very good.

Great location, if you have a car it's perfect for a stay during your winter vacation. The rooms are quite spacious. Plenty of formidable restaurants within a walking distance + c.a. 10 mins by car to Zieleniec Ski. Looks stylish. The breakfast, specifically scrambled eggs, delicious.

Lovely accommodations but really the best part is the restaurant which is EXCELLENT. I'd come here just for the food.

Very special place with its unique deco. When you book to stay in such a hotel, you know it’s a bit dated so you can’t expect a freshly refurbished interior especially for this price. Everything was functional, the place itself was very peaceful with delicious breakfast and kind staff. I highly recommend!
