Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA in Szklarska Poreba

Brand new hotel in a great location, great view. Food to eat. The place is great in every way and the service is always nice and helpful. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very impressive. The hotel has a great view from the balcony, the pool is very nice, the reception staff and the cleaning lady were very nice. The lobby bar has great live music in the evening. We could not do better. We chose the hotel because of the children's entertainment, which lived up to our wildest expectations. The animators showed a sensational approach to children and the varied schedule of activities was able to keep our little ones busy all day. But what we liked most was the drawing classes that lasted all morning and the children brought back creative and interesting works. After meeting the hotel animators, they always came back with a smile and were eager to return to the classes throughout the stay, thanks to which we, as parents, were able to use other attractions of the hotel and enjoy the spa. In conclusion of my opinion about animation I want to add that my children insisted on leaving to say goodbye to their guardians, who were always polite and will be remembered for a long time for their individual approach to each of the children. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely go again with my family next year.

I rested there, both in body and soul.

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

These were 3 wonderful days at the hotel. Accommodation 5+, staff 5+. My English is very bad, when checking in, the young man at the reception understood our situation and, cleverly, filled out and printed out instructions in Russian for us from Google, where he explained how and what to use in the hotel, helped with parking and breakfasts. Thank him very much! It was so nice, but imagine our surprise when, when checking into the apartments (the complex consists of a hotel and apartments, we lived in an apartment), we were given an upgraded accommodation! Breakfasts at the hotel, as they say, are amazing, it's a pity that it is physically impossible to try the entire assortment in one meal. Be sure to include breakfast in the price - it's worth it. On weekends, the hotel was already crowded, so if you are going for peace and relaxation in the mountains, then try to come on weekdays. I highly recommend it

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

Nice place. Great atmosphere and really delicious breakfast. I couldn’t spend time on any other activities but as I noticed there is cool water attractions. Rooms are super tidy ad clean. I totally recommend this hotel.
