#PlatynowePowroty. Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Our stay was really good and relaxing. Delicious food in the buffet restaurant and lobby bar. Species rooms, however slightly disappointing as not good as advertised on pictures. Our looked different but that didn't spoiled our stay. Great Location and fantastic saunas and relaxing area. Overall stay was really good and we definitely will be back

We stayed in the hotel at the end of the year for two nights. Everything was amazing, especially breakfast, it is soo tasty and wide choice of everything. I would definitely recommend to go to massage, it was one of the best massage I’ve ever been. The hotel offers lot of stuff, it is also great for kids. Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The place doesn't deserve 5 stars imho. Looks like it was rushed during the building phase. Not too many attractions for kids, and the Gaming area is there to take your money ( 30 sec games for almost 1 euro). Nice swimming pool. Good Swedish table for breakfast. 3 stars from me over all:)

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Very nice venue and easy-going staff. The facilities are quite OK and for an affordable price.

Soooooo... The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good. But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians...

The beds are not good at all but the rooms are ok. They need some kind of a service that you can get some sandwiches or snacks. Especially at Christmas time. Im sad to say my stomach could not handle the Polish Christmas food and cakes and everything is closed and no store around. But beautiful place and nice service even though there was not much English understanding 😄

Nice place and people. You can feel that hotel has a good few years. Kinda 80s style but clean.

+ quiet and tranquil place, very close to the mountain + good location for some of the hiking routes there. Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Hotel Willa Odkrywców is an intimate, quiet place with a very friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and a wide selection of wines. A great place, both for a short weekend trip with friends and for a longer family stay! Highly recommended!

Great hotel, friendly staff and beautifully maintained rooms. Food at the Lobby restaurant and drinks at the bar are great. Only minor details are that the hotel is slightly out of the city center and up a few hills.

I don’t have much to say because I expected more fro Sheraton. 1.The TV went out, 2. I was given a room with a blocked view, 3. The bar was not open in the evening to have cocktails. 4. No room service but the website indicated it did. 5. Breakfast ******.

The staff, in particular Louis were excellent. Unfortunately, the room did not have body wash or an ironing board.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms needed more light and the shower was awful. The water trickled out and was either hot or freezing. With that being said we’d still stay here again. The location is excellent!

We visited Hotel Sasanka for the first time and really enjoyed it, apart from a few things. Our last week experience. Everyday paying 35 Zl. for unguarded parking is too much. The hotel's sauna is not heated enough. We asked for a temperature 5 °C higher, but unfortunately - no response. Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied. Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned...

It was a second time visiting a Cristal resort in Szklarska poreba. Thankfully to wheather we have spent there nice short winter vacation with kids. Walking area with lots of forest, playground outside. 20 min walk on path to groccery, 3 min od drive to skiarea. This could be a nice place: well designed, comfy, well located, with nice and helpful staff… but it needs proper cleaning! Our room was dirty when we arrived: dirty carpets, some sticky spots on the kitchen table, dirty sink and wc… it was quite disgusting and disappointing :(
