The warm water in the kids pool is great advantage

The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

I would definitely recommend to go to massage, it was one of the best massage I’ve ever been. The hotel offers lot of stuff, it is also great for kids. We have one year old baby and she loved the stay too

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We stayed in the hotel at the end of the year for two nights. Everything was amazing, especially breakfast, it is soo tasty and wide choice of everything

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight

The hotel also included a "play Hall" with many possibilities and the pool has a slide and a normal pool. The hotel gets a 3/5 but if it was possible a 2,5/5

Tasty food. The staff are friendly. View from the window is mesmerizing

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC

Very nice venue and easy-going staff. The facilities are quite OK and for an affordable price.

Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago)

Nice place and people. You can feel that hotel has a good few years. Kinda 80s style but clean.

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Good car parking 🅿 lots of space not too expensive

Things I liked: the room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom nice… Things I didn’t like: Room was very noisy in the mornings (soundproofing inexistant), no electric socket close to the beds Also the hotel does not offer laundry services for clothes, which was problematic

Im sad to say my stomach could not handle the Polish Christmas food and cakes and everything is closed and no store around. But beautiful place and nice service even though there was not much English understanding 😄

- the saunas could use a little refresh (and one a repair, since it was out of order) - the restaurant there only had a daily 3 - 4 course menus, so not something you can really eat when travelling with small kids

The best place to stay in Szklarska, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and bright, breakfast are absolutely delicious plus selection of wines makes you feel you don't want to go anywhere, you just like to stay in this cozy hotel over and over again

Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings

The hotel is very well-kept and cozy. Very nice and friendly service, feel like a guest. Everyone was very helpful, nice and friendly, all with a smile on their faces. I'm very happy. I highly recommend!!!

The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!

Very friendly and welcoming service. Close to the Szrenica summit lift and mountain trails. Located in a very quiet area, the property is close to grocery stores and restaurants

But I will be forgiving as I really hope they improve this in the future!

The wellness area was a highlight: relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna areas were never overcrowded, and the atmosphere was perfect after a day of hiking or skiing

Great hotel, friendly staff and beautifully maintained rooms. Food at the Lobby restaurant and drinks at the bar are great. Only minor details are that the hotel is slightly out of the city center and up a few hills.

The service in this hotel is impeccable, from the check in until check out we only have had great interactions with the staff. The breakfast has a great variety and the lunch and dinner also was always spot on

Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience

A hidden gem, super friendly staff, good food and wine card, perfect location for telemark, view is pure nature, excellent sauna & jaccuzi and even cold tub. Much recommended!

The indoor pool was nice, the sauna was large, but there was no relaxation room and no hot tub. Considering the hotel presents itself as a wellness hotel, I wouldn’t highlight the wellness at all

Sauna sheets are not available, a towel is not enough. Drink water was previously available for dinner, currently you have to buy it

for unguarded parking is too much. The hotel's sauna is not heated enough. We asked for a temperature 5 °C higher, but unfortunately - no response. The sauna is not the right temperature, the hotel saves on the customer

Excellent and plentiful breakfasts, and although dinners had a smaller selection, everything was really delicious. The only thing we missed was better wellness facilities

One more small note regarding the staff: the receptionists and staff were kind, but could be a bit friendlier and improve their English skills – just a minor observation

20 min walk on path to groccery, 3 min od drive to skiarea. Hotel has a nice breakfest, indoor pool, there is a warm whirpool outside and 2 small saunas. For kida there is a small kids room but maybe for 3 kids

Great place! We came here with my family for the second time and love the pool, jacuzzi, food and the views so much! I also like the fact that the place is accessible for people with wheelchairs, the ramp to the entrance of the hotel as well as the elevator together with quite wide corridors

The sauna feels so great and entering the pool feels even better! The only issue is the road to it, due to it being in the mountainside, but apart from that I truly recommend it!

No light in kichen, so had to plug a lamp in to see when cooking, but swimming pool a jacuzzi was amazing, could do with having a bar or/and some evening entertainment but on a whole ok

Apartments are nice with kitchen a seperate bedroom. One minus point is for some of furniter as couches, they need some refreshment or to change them for new one. It was not comfy to sleep on it for 3 nights

It was a second time visiting a Cristal resort in Szklarska poreba. Thankfully to wheather we have spent there nice short winter vacation with kids. Walking area with lots of forest, playground outside
