Perfect location, great hotel for short stay!!!

Clean, good breakfast, service well organised. Only one comment - in my room it was no possible open window.

Standard food without any fireworks, typical, neither positive nor negative, there is everything that should be on the table. The service in the restaurant is very young, not very experienced, but trying to please every customer. There are no amenities

Very good price to quality. Hotel in the center, rooms of high standard (upgraded standard), comfortable and large. Good stay for the weekend.

Great location. Decent rooms. Renovated not so long ago. Few small issues like ridiculously small duvet, tiny shower cabin and not enough parking space.

Neat, clean room. Good WIFI. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was okay. Parking cost 50 zl and is underground. There is a Zabka convenience store just around the corner which is very convenient. The TV menu in the room has category for dining options. But, the only thing it shows is the hotel restaurant. There are good dining options within one kilometer.

The facility was clean, but the water was yellow.

We stayed here for about a week in November. The rooms have been renovated, king sized bed, very clean toilets / bath rooms. The breakfast has a good variety and was good enough in taste. The service staff were very kind and courteous. They have even obliged to my demand for changing my room!

Overall its fantastic place for weekend gateway. I can not praise enough the stuff. Young friendly and suprisengly knowledgeable about the region. Let me put it that way, the hotel itself it's by the biggest lake in the city. Simply brilliant

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

We used the campsite. The campsite is the poor cousin of the hotel, obviously, but that doesn't mean the quality of the service and facilities need to be less good on a price ratio. The campsite is relatively expensive. The sanitary facilities were poor and, compared to the quality of some pop-up sites, just archaic. At a site like this, I would have expected some sort of map and outline of what...

I give 4 stars as my birthday party was a success, staff was very friendly and at the end everything prepared as per planned. I loved my hall and it was perfect for the event. The big plus was amazing food and big amount of it. Thank you Pirat for a lovely night. The only criticism I would say that it would be nice to get some help and get some boxes to pack the rest of the food but after all night...

We were travelling as a family by car from London to Tallinn. We stopped here after a brutal day's driving in the pouring rain. It's basic, with shared bathrooms on some floors, but they got us rooms with no reservation, there was a good breakfast, staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel is quiet. It's also only a few minutes' walk from the lakeside restaurants and bars. Basic but good hotel, recommended...

Quite nice hotel room and amazing breakfast, the service staff is excellent! Just the shower was not very nice, temperature was not stable, low pressure and the handle had some twist so it was not possible to have a straight beam from the top, only from the side, this was quite annoying. We picked a package for a couple and we stayed for 7 nights in August. The package included: welcome dinner at the Italian restaurant (worth about 200PLN), a massage for 2, unlimited jacuzzi sauna and swimming pool, amazing bufet breakfast and dinners (food for all diet types, me on keto), lovely and friendly staff. Suggestion: pick room facing the lake for peace and nice views ✌️😍 100% recommended

I stayed for a night to a First floor room very confortable. The room was large, elegant and very clean. The bathroom also was very large and nicely detailed. We accessed to the SPA, in particular swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool. Breakfast is completed of everything, and lots of regional products The lake in front of the hotel is amazing and very quiet.
