I'd say the room needs to be remodeled. Except for the room condition, everything was fine. The swimming pool was very clean and the sauna was a great place. Breakfast was delicious.

Views are amazing, just by the lake, with ability to rent a boat, just great. Rooms are clean and tidy, and we loved the lady by the pool reception and her sleepers! Would recommend overall!

We had our camper for repair and needed a hotel for one night. We ended up in Pirat Hotel and that was lucky❤️
We had such a great time in the pool and the fantastic restaurant at the hotell. (So good, so large portions and absolutely great prices👍🏻)
Do not understand why this hotell is 2 star?
In our opinion it is at least a 3 star.
We will hopefully visit this great hotell and city again. Suited beutifuly at the beach at the lake.
The cats who lives at the hotel was so cuddling but our dog got jelous😂
We like hotels that are animalfriendly.
This hotel have also camping where you park at the beach in front of the hotell.

Me and my family thought this was an great place with our camper and it’s true, the only problem was when a storm came our camper got hit by a tree stick, thankfully the camper is okay with a tiny hole, but also an electricity cable that was connected from the beginning and the end of the camper place, when we reported it an co worker came here and the only thing she said we had to pay for a tiny boat we had in the water for 50$ every night we spend here, that’s just rude! But overall it’s an okay place but you have to pay for EVERYTHING! You have to pay for your boat, tent and maybe other things!

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

We used the campsite.
The campsite is the poor cousin of the hotel, obviously, but that doesn't mean the quality of the service and facilities need to be less good on a price ratio. The campsite is relatively expensive.
The sanitary facilities were poor and, compared to the quality of some pop-up sites, just archaic.
At a site like this, I would have expected some sort of map and outline of what's where and, for instance, food and beverage offers - this is a hotel, after all.
This could be an excellent site, but with very little extra attention. I guess the wedding business is more lucrative.

Worst possible experience. Administrator (big woman with glases) very arogant, dont even try to speak english, acts like she is owner of the hotel and doesnt care about customers. Other couple from Ukraine had same problem, but when Germans came she sudenly started to talk in fluent English. Rooms is in terrible condition, lots of drunk people, lots of noice at night, no one cares. Dont recomend.

I give 4 stars as my birthday party was a success, staff was very friendly and at the end everything prepared as per planned. I loved my hall and it was perfect for the event. The big plus was amazing food and big amount of it. Thank you Pirat for a lovely night. The only criticism I would say that it would be nice to get some help and get some boxes to pack the rest of the food but after all night everyone is tired so I understand. I can't complain in regrfs to the noise as I also had party there but a lake and jet is a lovely addition for the guests that want to have a little walk around.
