I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again. Old 70's carpeting that's soaked with cigarette smell and unknown stains. Shower had a strange mould on the tiles. Breakfast was the final straw, flies everywhere and on everything, even on the waitresses face at times. I ran out of there as fast as I could on my day of checkout. You have been warned!

This hotel has heated bathroom floors! Wonderful. In the picture, you can see the view from the dining room, where we ate our buffet breakfast. Everything was delicious. What called my attention were some of the small extras, like apples in a basket in the reception area.

The service was unprofessional, i booked a room for two people and there were complaints when a guest arrived. The security guard came to the window and violated the guests' privacy. The air conditioning was very weak and it was hot in the room. The ordered iced coffee from the restaurant was served with sweet ice cream, even though we didn't ask for it. The only good thing is that they brought us new coffees, but the waiting time was long.

Overall a nice and clean hotel, but be warned to check underneath the sheets and mattress protector, because something might have died on your mattress (see pictures)... The other bed and the rest of the room were clean though. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. It was easy to park the car at the hotel.

Overall, the hotel was good. Rooms and other facilities(restaurant, bar, parking lot) were suitable for guests who visit Olsztyn for any reason only except not for tourism. The location of this hotel is on the southern border, so easy to go to from Warszawa, but slightly far from city center.

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

Met a very rude gentleman at the reception. Because of his attitude, I decided not to spend my hard earned cash at this hotel. Needs to be fired. Poor attitude to black people will not be tolerated.
