Location was perfect, close to everything and safe area, close to shops and cafes. Sheets were not very clean but acceptable, same goes for the shared bathrooms, overall for the price you pay I’m very satisfied especially for the location that was very central.

The room smelled awful, so bad that even my backpack, which I'd left in my suitcase, still reeked the next day, even though I hadn't opened the suitcase! The room wasn't as lovely as the photos suggested. I was assigned to the basement, and had to use the communal showers on the first floor. Not everyone had a locker, so other people would just throw mine out if they saw I only had one item in it...

The bathroom is a bit dirty when i used at late night, but the staff is very nice

Nice easy stay in the centre for a basic private room with shared bathroom. I found it quieter than the average hostel and could sleep easily in a comfortable bed.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train station. The public areas are average, and the value is good. It's relatively quiet due to its proximity to the church. You can take the light rail to the old town.

Good location for us as near a tram stop, clean, shared bathroom was clean too, only thing was that the window in our room didn’t have any blind and there was an apartment across from our room which could see right into the bed, we had to clamp a blanket in the window to stop as much light coming into the room.

Located in city center. Close to everything. Had a balcony with a nice view on old building

Stayed in a single room. The room was quite alright. There were many children staying there that night, which I found interesting. The walls seemed to be thin because the next room was a bit loud and you could hear them. The toilets were unusable after the children -even some adults- used them, there was toilet paper everywhere. The location is quite good.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It was in an excellent location with walking distance to the main places of interests for tourists, such as the University of Warsaw, Royal Route, Old Town and Royal Castle and many more. Moreover, it is quite close to bus stops and train stations, in case one wants to travel to more distant locations. The hostel itself is also quite clean. It is a good place...

Good to have your own room as a solo traveller, and the room they assigned me has a small balcony which can overlook the main street view. But due to the age of the building, the door is hard to lock and you can hear people walking around outside.

Great location, close to the train station and city centre. Poor wifi in room 23

Chillout Hostel

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is good and convenient.

The entrance is a little confusing, but the service provided by the newly hired female staff was excellent. It's a great hotel.

The reception is on the third floor, so it can be a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were very kind, so I might use it again!

I stayed here twice during one trip and it's such a great hostel that I highly recommend it.

There was shampoo! It was within walking distance to the central station. It was an old building, but it was clean. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a suitcase.

I was there the service is okay I was just a bit shocked I was put in a room. With all boys and the smell of the room is not good. I know I have booked a bunk bed with shared person I hope the system will be changed boys would be boys and girl will be with girls I have tried hostel with bed sharing but they are separatingntgenfemale guest to male guest.

The staff is friendly and clean

The room was spacious enough, which was great, but unfortunately, the pillows weren't comfortable.

To catch Jennifer Lopez's concert the next day, I specifically chose an evening flight to Warsaw and even booked an airport pickup service through Ctrip in advance, hoping to get to the hostel as soon as possible to rest. However, I arrived at 11 PM. The entrance was dimly lit, and I couldn't see the keypad lock, so I had to ask customer service for help. The hostel didn't respond for a long time...

Free coffee, nice service from the reception. We were unfamiliar with how to get into the hotel, but they were happy to help us on that.

I feel so flattered to be the only opposite sex living in a room with several beautiful girls. The old ladies serving were all smiling and had a very good attitude.
